I hurt my knee in an car accident some months back, and had been taking over the counter painkillers, Biofreeze has allowed me to take a lot less pills and get on with my daily activities pain free. So easy to apply and absolutely mess free. I have also tried it on my back for a minor backache and was really happy with the results. I will recommend this to all my friends and family.

I was able to apply using the roller to my shoulder all by myself and the coolness helps the pain relax away. Has a odor that disappears and rolls on smoothly. It doesn't cause that weird tingling, rather it's a steady burn that goes away after some time while also taking the pain away.

I apply it every night on my feet and the pain almost disappears right away. The rollerball applicator makes it very easy to apply without getting your hands dirty and making a mess!
