The roll-on applicator alleviates that problem. I can apply the gel easily and with pinpoint accuracy to where it hurts. It provides quick and easy relief.

Being a retired firefighter with years of wear and tear on my body, I have a myriad of ailments. The most prevalent is neck and back pain just about daily. Physical therapy helps however it's not available daily. The Bio Freeze helps fill in the gaps. The good. Being in roll on form it seems like more of the product is not only available for use, but you are also able to pin point the exact area of pain. With in just a couple of minutes the pain has begun to subside and I actually feel much more mobile. The bad. The menthol or active freeze ingredient seems to be just a tad bit strong for my skin. After a little more research there seems to be products with a little milder concentration. I will give those a try.

Goes on easy and does not feel sticky at all, which I love cause I hate sticky things. Used it when all of a sudden I was feeling pain in my calf muscle and it worked! This really helped and it's so easy to use being a roll on. The scent of it is pleasing too. I have used this in all its forms and I prefer the roll on.
