It is great to have on hand at home because it's the best for helping with aches and pains. I particularly like to use this on my knees since I have runners knee as well as my hip flexors. The roll on is my preference because I don’t like to get it on my hands.

I did feel some relief from my pain from the application of it and having it massaged into my skin. I also love that it’s a roll-on. It makes the application so easy.

I rubbed a small amount directly on my back where my muscle pain was and it helped so much! It lasted longer than expected too. Most creams have a horrible smell but this one wasn't so bad and rolled on easily

The relief is fast and last long enough to get sore muscles loose and moving again smoothly. Easy to apply and an added bonus is the menthol will open your sinuses if you have a sore shoulder that needs relief.

The smell is petty strong but the smell doesn't stick around so I don't mind it at all. Over all loving the relief I get with using it

He has been very happy with the cooling actions of what he calls the lil ice crystals in it. He also has commented about the ease of application, thanks to the convenience of the roll-on applicator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Biofreeze Roll-on a couple of weeks ago. I have used the Biofreeze lotion for as long as it has been out and available on the market. I found the concept of having a roll-on container exciting, and very convenient. It has proven to be so handle and mess"less" to have this roll-on with me at all times. I don't have to worry about having the liquid on my hands, and possibly getting it into my eyes, and it is so nice to be able to carry it in my purse or work bag. I can't emphasize it enough: You have to try this form of Biofreeze. You will love it, I know you will.

The Biofreeze quickly relieves my pain and allows me to continue with whatever I need to do. It quickly absorbs and is not tacky or sticky. I use it daily. It does have a strong scent but it does not bother me.

Has a strong odor at first, it does take a few minutes to dry as I didn't wantbto get it on my clothes. I like that it paraben free. I really didn't notice that it was working right away. I did leave it on for a few hours before getting in the shower and I felt it immediately under the warth of the the water. I even felt it afterwards after washing. It's an OK relief in my opinion.
