It took the edge off of the pain and I did get some sleep. This will help until you can get to your doctor for a shot or whatever you need. On everyday pain in my hands etc it takes it away and lets me keep on going

The arthritis is not so much on my hands but is deep inside the joints on my shoulders. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can’t get out of bed. When Biofreeze penetrates my skin, it seems to target the pain in a way no other pain relief ointments or other forms of medication does. It is so hard to find products that actually do what it claims. The bottom line is Biofreeze actually works.

I have to say that I really like this product - easy to open, use, and it's not messy at all. You put it right where any pain or discomfort is and it starts working immediately. I purchased Biofreeze Pain Relief roll-on and it provides me relief, warmth and a mini massage with each application. I like the roll on method because the product gets applied to the affected area, not all over your hands. The three ounce bottle makes it easy to carry with you and again the application is effortless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this stuff. My back and neck always hurt. My bf also has an extreme amount of pain in his arms. This stuff works great for me and him. I like it because there’s not a strong smell either and I love the cool sensation. Right before bed I roll this on. Then dry with hair dryer to make sure it doesn’t rub off when wet. I have had three nights where I can now sleep after nonstop pain without. I believe it all depends on what type of injury or condition your body part is tho. However it sure helped me and I would definitely purchase again. Glad I tried it.
