I’ve tried other creams and sprays to help relieve the soreness but they offer little relief and leave a very oily residue. Bio freeze pain relief roll on offers relief almost immediately after applying it. It offers a comfortable cooling effect that targets the muscle soreness. My stress level is through the roof and I have been working 10 plus hours a day, mostly staring at a computer. My neck has taken the brunt of it though. I used to have aches and spasms in my neck occasionally. That was usually corrected with a day or so of nsaids. Lately, the tension has been horrific. I find myself having to constantly correct myself from being so tense. This little roll on has saved my life. My neck has been spasming so bad that I am getting headaches constantly. As soon as I start to feel the tension in my neck, I use the biofreeze. In less then 60 seconds I noticed relief. At first it just felt wet but I quickly realized that it the cooling effect from the biofreeze. It provided immediate relief that you can feel starting to spread through the area that is applied too. I will be keeping this in my purse to use it as needed. I love that it is topical and isn’t a nsaid or acetaminophen. If you are looking for quick relief. This is your savior. Also, it smells great and not “medicated” at all.

It did help with it along with hot presses. I am giving it a four due to the watery consistency. The scent was strong which I happen to like!

I don't feel that it has a strong smell. It instantly starts working. The roll-on is great because you can put it right where you need it and you don't have to get it on your hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little worried about the green color when I first tried this, but I have to say it dried pretty quickly and there was no green residue left on my skin. I had some pain in the back of my leg and I tried the product there and at the back of my foot and the roll on helped with the pain. The only con was the smell, but I guess it is expected for any type of product like this. The smell didn't linger though. It was just pretty strong at the time of application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Biofreeze roll on pain relief without a noticeable difference on my lower back. It had a nice smell and rolled on with ease but wasn’t much on relieving my back pain. Perhaps it may work on better on minor pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came just in time my elbow and shoulder were acting up from arthritis and I applied the roll on. I absolutely love this because it doesn't get my hands all greasy and I won't have to worry about not touching my eyes. The menthol is pretty potent the vapors were bothering my eyes at time even though it was on my elbow and shoulder lol. It went to work fast the cooling helped the inflammation then relieved the pain an the next day I was fine no more aching. This is huge because normally I have to apply stuff all day and take ibuprofen but for this to work on its own an I don't have to take extra meds is so helpful. I will be buying this for now on. I definitely recommend this to people who get flare ups from arthritis an joint pain.
