I can just roll it on which ever area that’s giving me pain, and don’t have to worry about it getting on my hands. There is a menthol smell but it goes away

It really helps with sore muscles! I highly recommend using Biofreeze if you suffer from either chronic or sporadic pain. It consistently relieves my soreness and is both great to use and transport. It works wonders and is not messy and you don't get it on your hands and clothes, great applicator! Would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not much to say about this one. If you've used biofreeze before then you can expect the same results just with an easier to apply application. Easy to roll on and gets the job done. Be prepared to be ok with the smell of menthol.

I love how it's a roll on, so you don't have the stuff all over your hands. It's cold at first, then you can feel the tingly afterwards. It's amazing! My back hurts everyday from work, all I do is roll this on and it works for hours. This is really a lifesaver for me. Highly recommend!!
