I still rubbed it in with my hand, but the application is smooth and it’s just as effective. Hope it doesn’t clog- so far so good.

It is a refreshing hot cold sensation when rolled onto aching muscles or sore joints. In my experience it is long lasting relief for up to 6 hours.

The roll on applicator is brilliant. It absorbs quickly and isn't sticky on your skin or clothes, and the menthol scent, although I really like it, disappears quickly. The tingling sensation isn't too intense. Seems to last quite awhile. Not sticky. Doesn't burn. I like the roll on application. No mess.
