It helps with inflammation as well as spot pain, really helped when I had back and knee pain. I also use it on my sore muscles after hard workouts and helps me recover!

You can feel the cooling sensation almost immediately and my knee pain disappeared quickly. It did come back later in the day so I reapplied. All in all, a great product!

No messy oil or cream left on your hands after applying on your skin. Second, it has a nice cooling sensation while applying to the area needed for pain relief. Lastly, it has a long lasting pain relief that is not over powered by a extremely strong menthol scent. If fact, I don't mind the scent at all!
