It rolls on smooth and perfect for small areas. The applicator ball if rolled over a large area tends to let a lot of product through and can get messy. I would recommend this for shoulders, knees, etc.

I must say I may never go back to regular ointment out of the bottle. I used this for some discomfort on my calf muscles. The smell is not over powering & it really is soothing. So easy to use.

The effect of it lasts much longer than other roll-one I’ve tried to ease my back pain. The coolness last and lasts and feels good. Really helps to soothe my aches and soreness right where I need it. I love a good roll-on, because it’s easy to apply product exactly where you want it without a mess and without getting it all over your hands. Bio-freeze has a nice menthol smell to it as well, which is soothing to breathe in when you’re trying to relax. This is great stuff, and I’ll keep using it and replenish my stock when I run out. I’ve used Biofreeze products for decades since my physical therapist recommended it but the scent was overpowering and it really stuck to my hands. The roll-on applicator makes it easy to apply with zero mess. The right amount of product is applied and you can cover the area with clothing immediately as it is not sticky at all. Rollerball is very helpful on finding tight, sore areas and you’re able to roll it over and release some of the tension as well. The cool yet heating sensation continues to increase once applied. Scent is not as strong as other forms of Biofreeze products.

I pulled out the Biofreeze for some relief from the discomfort in my lower back and legs. The Biofreeze provided quick relief from the pain. There is a light menthol smell but it’s not overpowering and I didn’t notice it after the application.

I really like the roll on for my C5-C6 area. It doesn't require someone else to rub it on for me. It is easy to be on the go with it in my purse. Ready for whenever and wherever I need it!
