I roll the Biofreeze on my feet at night before getting into bed. So far, my feet hurt less and I think the menthol scent is helping me sleep better. (I know that is not what it is made for but menthol helps my stuffy nose). I especially love that you do not have to have cream all of your hands. The roll on is so easy and less messy. If you find yourself with aches and pains from over doing your day, I highly recommend giving Biofreeze roll on a try!

This is by far the best pain relieving liquid I have ever used. Not only does it work almost instantly, but it doesn't smell horrible, like so many other pain creams out there, it actually smells really good to me, more of a minty smell than a chemical smell. It does not leave you feeling sticky or oily and it lasts for hours. I really like that it is made with USP grade ingredients, and is free of NSAIDs, parabens, and propylene glycol. I am so thankful to have finally found a product that finally smells good but also provides me with instant relief from pain; because of this product I finally feel like I am getting my life back. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is experiencing pain and needs instant relief as you will not be disappointed but this one.

While the relief doesn't last too long, maybe 30 to 60 minutes but it is enough to dull pain that i can fall asleep. Roll on and then allow to dry for 5 ish minutes and the pain is relieved enough. Easy applicator

I must have my husband apply the gel, but I can get the roll-on applied. It also works well on the back of my neck. I don't like the way the gel sticks to my clothing if I am hurrying and can't let it dry some. Good product. I wish it were a prescription because it would be paid by my insurance. But it is well worth the cost to me.
