[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am clumsy and having a bum knee doesn't help. I keep various salves for the knee in my medicine cabinet. I tripped the other day while taking trash to the curb. Landed hard on the concrete walkway. Both knees. The first night I used one of the salves I had. Strong smell and fairly effective but I'm sure my office mates didn't appreciate it. I had just gotten the Bio-freeze roll on. Wow! When I first applied it I didn't feel the heat. But with in a few minutes it warmed up. No smell!!!!! But best of all my bum knee feels great after use. I apply it at night as well and my knee pain is not noticeable. This product is wonderful. I definitely recommend it. Wish I had tried it sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the idea it's a roll-on gel. I don't have to get the gel all over my hands to apply it, like other pain-relieving gels. I like that it works faster than other gels I use. If you have mild pain, it works great. I have problems with my elbow, and I used it to get some relief. It did relieve some of the pain very quick. I wish it was just a little stronger to make it more effective on stronger pain. My wrist started hurting from typing one evening and I used the gel to help ease the pain and since it was a mild pain, it completely took the pain away. I definitely recommend it. It's not a miracle product, but it definitely helps ease mild pain and helps make stronger pain a little more manageable.

I generally dislike getting stuff on my hands or fingers when I need to put on sunscreen, etc., so it's good to have an option that rolls on this way. It's been great for some of my running-related aches. The smell is a little wintergreeny for my taste, but that's kind of what you expect, I guess!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can see this product being great to relive muscle pain but it does not relive deep bone pain for that you'd need over the counter pain meds. But for an active person who works out and has muscle pain this would do the trick. It has a menthol tingling sensation when applied to the area. I can only recommend this product for muscle pain and basic aches and pain not any major bone pain issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve really enjoyed using the Green Biofreeze - 2.5oz Pain Relief Roll-On on my knees! This roll-on makes it easier to apply with less mess. Once I started rolling it over my knee, the cooling sensation immediately started to target my pain and provide relief. The menthol scent isn’t over powering at all. I will definitely be using this after a long day of flooring installations.

Well, nope. This stuff does absolutely nothing, and I do mean NOTHING. I am greatly disappointed to learn BioFreeze is just one more worthless product with a great marketing team. I am glad to have had a chance to try it, because now I know there is not enough menthol and whatever other ingredients to provide relief. Only good thing is having a rollerball container, to keep from having to apply it by hand and then waste the excess washed off hands, but geez, there is not a heavy smell - which I know some might not like, but for me it helps mentally to smell THAT smell. I don't feel the heat or anything and kept shaking the bottle thinking maybe that would help mix it up and get it going. Nope and more nope. Thanks anyway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product that offers pretty quick relief to minor aches. Rollerball seemed to get stuck now and then but became unstuck quickly and on its own. The scent is not horrible but lingers a bit too long. I will purchase this product when needed.

You just roll it on let it dry and you have great relief for hours on end for tired, achey, or over worked muscles. The smell is not to over-powering and goes away as it dries quickly.

I use this in my thumb joint as I suffer from arthritis and it’s one of the only pain relievers that I have found to help lease the pain. The roll in feature is so convenient and easy to use I carry it with me in my purse at all times.
