The roll on applicator is brilliant. It absorbs quickly and isn't sticky on your skin or clothes, and the menthol scent, although I really like it, disappears quickly. Very pleased with how long it holds my aches and pains off. Definitely a great product.

The roll-on feature is great as it is easy to apply and doesn't get your hands messy. I have some tendonitis, and I definitely get some quick pain relief using this as needed. I work at an office all day and your shoulders and neck gets pretty sore from computer work. After applying this Biofreeze on my shoulders after a long day it helps relieve it by a lot. I also use it for my lower back as well which works just the same! I would say it lasted up to 1 hour to 2 depending on how much I apply on. Love this product!
