It makes my hip feel loose and being able to keep it in my gym bag works perfect. Overall great item for any athlete or anytime with nagging aches.

No pain pill required with usage of this either. It also soaks in fairly quick as well. The smell isn't great. This product unlike others for me is a 1 time application a day. Beyond recommend to anyone who needs pain relief they can't get from the others!

I really love this, it helps reduce that pain by a lot and it also smells really good. I love the cooking feeling that there is and how it feels like it seeps into the skin to help with the pain deep in there, very handy to keep on your desk if you get pain like this

It provides the effect of ice on a sore muscle or a sprain which I experiened recently - I sprained my ankle. The roll on application made it so easy to apply to my ankle and the product itself brought so much relief to the pain and swelling associated with the sprain. This is a great product to always have on hand.

This product rolls on in a thick gel but it dries quickly and if you bump into a heat source the cooling goes into overdrive. I was a little disappointed that it didn't help my leg pain hardly at all a couple of times but others it worked great. All together I have mixed results with this product though I would recommend it to others.

Let’s begin with the product packaging, design and presentation. The product is in a simple white bottle with a green label which makes it stand out in the crowd. You can easily PinPoint bio freeze products. The product description is easy to read and understand from the instructions to what the products helps alleviate. Great job BioFreeze on the presentation, you knocked it out of the park. Now let’s get to the food stuff with this product…the actual product. I suffer from pains in my upper neck down to my shoulder blades from improper sleep habits so I always have sore necks for two weeks where I can’t hardly move it. I decided to try the roll on bio freeze and I was blown away. Upon initially rolling on skin you get a nice cooling sensation which I really enjoy. After the product is completely rolled on it doesn’t leave a sticky feeling on your skin. It’s silky smooth upon application to your skin. You won’t feel as if you have a heavy cream or product on your skin which is something I personally love. After a few mins on I can really feel this product working itself into my skin with still a cooling sensation running throughout my neck and shoulder. After a few hours towards the end of the day my neck started to become unstiff. Although my neck stiffness didn’t completely go away I am glad this product was able to get the healing process going and start to loosen my neck muscles. You will need to use this product for a few days to be able to continuously have your muscles loosened for pain relief. Being able to not move your neck in any direction hinders you from doing alot of things in your daily life and I couldn’t be more excited to keep trying this BioFreeze roll on product. This product is amazing and I recommend for everyone to get this. If you suffer from muscle stiffness, sports injuries, or need any sort of muscle relaxation this is for you.
