Wild caught is very important to me, this fish is very good and healthy, we usually cook this on the grill. I buy this often.

Just a tip - plan ahead to defrost in the fridge for best quality taste. Quick thaws are disappointing.

Tasted freezer burned, or it was allowed to thaw while stocking and it refroze. Taste and texture of cardboard. I would rate it a half star if I could.

I want to remember not to ever buy this again. The texture is dry and the flavor is terrible. I don’t know what I am going to do with the rest of the package, I guess I will give to my cat

This salmon is totally NOT what Sam's has carried forever! It's very dark red & thin with skin on and does not have near the quality or flavor. It is also a smaller package. Please get the other salmon back!

Just an ok product. The non frozen salmon is very mushy so I hoped this would be better. Texture is ok. Taste is just ok. It needs other herbs/spices to make it worth eating. I won't buy this again.

This fish was fishy and mushy when thawed. Just didn't taste good. You used to carry Atlantic salmon without skin that was awesome. For some reason you no longer carry it?

This is by far the best Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. Very high protein and Omega-3`s, great color and taste, and easy to cook and season. My Australian Cattle Dog always eats the skin.
