Individually packaged, perfectly portioned sizes. I air fried...came out moist & flavorful.

This is by far the best Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. Very high protein and Omega-3`s, great color and taste, and easy to cook and season. My Australian Cattle Dog always eats the skin.

We grill these salmon fillets once or twice a week. I dip the fillets in olive oil to keep the fish from sticking to the grates. I sprinkle sparingly with sea salt and generously with restaurant style black pepper only on the raw fish, leaving the skin side alone. Set gas grill to 420 degrees. I also heat wood chips for a smokey flavor. Cook approximately 16 minutes.

I was a little disappointed at how many end pieces there were I'm more of a fan of the middle piece of the salmon also it did taste mildly fishy not terribly but just a little fishy.

We eat sockeye salmon regularly. This is the first time I have purchased this brand from Sam’s. It is a very poor quality salmon. Hate to say but it seems to be what is left over after the salmon run. All the Sockeye salmon we have ate in the past has been a deep red meat and great flavor. This one was very pail, lighter than farm raised Atlantic salmon. A spongy texture that would crumble apart as it was being broiled. I will never buy this Salmon from Sam’s again. GROSS

I go out of my way to look for wild caught salmon to avoid parasites. Highly disappointed and disgusted in this brand. Has me thinking what else from sams or their supplier has parasites.

After cooked found tons of worms. Was absolutely disgusting .
