Salmon fillets

We grill these salmon fillets once or twice a week. I dip the fillets in olive oil to keep the fish from sticking to the grates. I sprinkle sparingly with sea salt and generously with restaurant style black pepper only on the raw fish, leaving the skin side alone. Set gas grill to 420 degrees. I also heat wood chips for a smokey flavor. Cook approximately 16 minutes.

The Real Deal: full nutritional value.

Maybe the best way to get real wild caught Salmon that truly has all the Omega 3 benefits. Freezing on the boat keeps it fresh until ready to cook. Just pull a portion from the freezer the night before and keep in the fridge until ready to cook. A little Olive Oil, black Pepper, Sea Salt & Garlic then grill on a Ninja Woodfire Pro flat plate for 8 or 9 minutes, smoke optional, and you will be extremely pleased. Oh yeah, one benefit of freezing is that it kills parasites. 🤔

Yum takes me back to WA state

To me this is worth the price instead of buying the Atlantic Salmon. The way they are individually packaged I am the only one in the household that will eat it. So the portions are perfect.
