Favorite Frozen Salmon! Love that it's wild caught. It helps the environment as well as taste better than farmed. The portions are great sizes. We enjoy the skin on the bottom especially when its crisped!

These fillets are the perfect size. They are individually vacuum packed, so you never have to defrost more than you need. Once defrosted they cook in about 8-10 minutes under the broiler.

This tastes better than the fresh salmon I have bought at Sam's. I cook it sous vide straight from the freezer; avoids having to thaw out in fridge first. Conveniently packaged in individual servings.
