My husband loves salmon but I don’t! I tried a bite and loved this salmon. I went back to Sam’s and bought more. It has a very mild taste fresh taste just don’t eat the skin

This Salmon has a great flavor and taste... We have tried it with a number of seasonings and it has worked well with each of them... I can't speak to how well it compare to Atlantic Salmon because most of those are Farm-Raised which we don't eat...

These fillets are the perfect size. They are individually vacuum packed, so you never have to defrost more than you need. Once defrosted they cook in about 8-10 minutes under the broiler.

I love this salmon! I have a hard time finding ones that I like and can afford. This has a beautiful red flesh, and has a delicious rich salmon flavor, which I prefer over the more mild pink salmon which I find more fishy. I know the skin can sometimes throw it off, but I enjoyed that as well. I just made sure I seasoned both sides well, and put them skin side down in a hot oiled skillet, keeping it skin side down for well over half of its total cook time. This will be a regular purchase now.

Really enjoyed this, so happy that Sam's carries %26 will buy again. Perfect size for our family. I try to only buy wild caught fish. This met and exceeded my expectations. 1 hour skin side up marinade in lemon juice, zest, fresh dill, evoo, finely chopped green onion. Cooked on blacktop skin side down, no flip, spoon extra marinade 1/2 way cooked and finish.
