Not as good as usual. Had a lot of fat and very hard to cut.

Out of 9 times ordering and cooking this rack, 9 times the results are consistant and VERY tender.

So I normally get my lamb chops from sams club and I have no issues but this last time I don’t know if they was left out but when I cut the package open it had the most horrible smell and I cook lamb chops enough to know they are not suppose to smell like that and being that they are not cheap I was highly upset I had to throw them away

I’ve bought this product multiple times and have never been disappointed. The last time or two they had way more fat on them than I care for (takes a little longer to prep to get some of the fat cap off), but other wise they are a very good value, flavorful and consistent size.
