Great for petite lamb chops.

Not as good as usual. Had a lot of fat and very hard to cut.

The lamb was good quality

If you are looking for the best lamb chops these are it.

When we opened the lamb it had a foul smell and was spoiled. Wasted our money.

Out of 9 times ordering and cooking this rack, 9 times the results are consistant and VERY tender.

So very small do not show the double package if it is only a very small portion

This rack of lamb was fresh, mild tasting and delicious!

Delicious when you cook it sous vide with garlic and rosemary.
