Lamb is expensive and I thought the price was good for 1 rack, SUPRISE there are 2 racks. What a wonderful surprise and they were outstanding.

These lamb racks (there are two in package) are tender, succulent and can be cut into double ribs. Beautiful presentation at dinner.

I love to marinate these overnight and then broil in the oven for an hour, give or take. Delicious.

Although on the pricey side, these cuts are always great. They usually come in 2 small racks - even though I had bad luck once or twice when the package only came with 1 rack inside it.
