Although I had to cut the chops apart, it was easy; the meat was so tender! I marinated the lamb in traditional Greek spices and grilled them. They were fabulous! One pack served four with a few left over.

The best lamb chops I’ve ever purchased always come from Sam’s Club. They’re always fresh and reasonably priced.

These are so delicious, meaty, tender. Always enjoy these. Nice that they come in 2 racks per package.

Half a cup of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of Dijon, mustard, tablespoon of balsamic, vinaigrette, garlic powder, onion powder.salt and pepper to taste.

I’ve bought this product multiple times and have never been disappointed. The last time or two they had way more fat on them than I care for (takes a little longer to prep to get some of the fat cap off), but other wise they are a very good value, flavorful and consistent size.

I’ve been using this lamb for several years. Always good. I cook it 10-12 mins on a hot, gas grill, wrap the bones with foil. Medium rare at 10 mins. I would prefer little larger rack.

So I normally get my lamb chops from sams club and I have no issues but this last time I don’t know if they was left out but when I cut the package open it had the most horrible smell and I cook lamb chops enough to know they are not suppose to smell like that and being that they are not cheap I was highly upset I had to throw them away
