Absolutely delicious! We enjoy this bread with olive oil and herbs. We freeze one loaf and defrost and eat after a week!

Excellent fresh bread

Let me start by saying Sam's bakery knows their stuff. Everything I had from them has been really good. With that being said, these loaves are amazing! They're soft on the inside and the crust isn't too hard. They make delicious garlic bread, warm up beautifully and even make great sub-like sandwiches for a crowd! Totally impressed!!

Good product but it dries out rock hard by the end of the day and you have to throw the second loaf out or give to the birds or make croutons. If it's going to go stale faster than any bread you can purchase anywhere else, then sell individual loaves.

I selected the one that had just been baked that day. I brought it home and wanted to make a sandwich that evening. The bread could not be cut without it breaking on the surface and could not slice without the two parts breaking apart. It seemed dry and over baked though it was not burned. It used to be good!

I am a fan of this ciabatta bread and buy it every week! This loaf has the perfect airy texture of an excellent ciabatta which I have not found in any other grocery store bakery section! I warm in the oven at 350 for 5 min and “break” bread for a pasta dinner. I also slice and toast with the broiler with a brush of olive oil and salt & pepper and rub with a fresh garlic clove while hot! Perfect with a good hearty Italian vegetable soup!! EXCELLENT and I highly recommend!
