One is burnt and the other not baked? How can that happen? Additionally, the taste is just not there. This is the last time I buy this bread.

This is the closest to real bread I have tasted in Sam's. I only buy these. They don't have weird ingridients in them and they toast well. I have had better ciabatta, but this is good enough.

We call this kind of bread “château bread” The first one was lovely. The second one we didn’t eat it in time and within two days from purchase it was moldy.
