Bought this as a replacement for outdoor propane one. Cooked with it the other night and made 4 x individual pizzas. My only complaint is transferring the dough to the stone, as it sticks and stretches while you are placing it on. Great thing about this unit is you can control both bottom and top heat individually. So I put the dough on the bottom and add the fixings while it cooks to give it a head start and then close the lid and let the top cook. It worked great and gave the toppings a nice bubbly crusty cheese without burning.

I like that I don't have to heat up my entire oven to make a pizza. The piezano heated up to 800 degrees and held the temperature okay after opening. It dropped off about 50 degrees, but came back up quickly. The only reason I docked a star was because the top doesn't cook evenly due to the way the upper heating element is shaped. The front half cooked way faster than the back half. I had to open and turn the pizza while cooking it to accommodate this. Not really what you want to do with this type of pizza oven.

Used it for the first time on Christmas Day at a family gathering and it was a sensational hit; hot pizza was a sellout; nothing like having hot pizza right out of the oven. We'll do it again this weekend at our family gathering. Very excited cooking with this wonderful little oven and the happy faces it brings.

Yes, I would recommend, but do not use rising crust pizza it will touch the element and burn, and smoke will come throughout the machine that's when you shut the machine off put the air vent on above your stove and wave a towel to try and shut off the smoke alarms. Only use thin frozen thin crust pizza or make your own thin crust pizza and do not load to thick toppings otherwise the topping will touch the element and burn and smoke up your home and set off your smoke alarms, but otherwise than that I love this pizza maker it's the quickest pizza maker I have ever owned do not walk away from it, because it makes a pizza very quickly you don't want it to burn or start a fire. Perfect pizza oven ! Make sure to use a fork to make little holes over the pizza base dough to avoid bubbles. I did adjust the bottom temperature to a bit lower as I didn't want it too brown. Once the pizza oven is heated, it cooks the pizza really quickly. Best tasting pizzas !

I really wanted to love this pizza oven. It was a great sale price so I thought I'd give it a try. I found it difficult to find the right setting to ensure both the top and bottom of the pizza were cooked at the same time. The top, not matter how thin the crust, always had burnt edges. The most concerning part is that the oven gave the pizza an odd odor and taste. I thought it was because the appliance was new but this happened over and over again.

I enjoy making homemade pizza with my family so I was eyeing pizza ovens for a while. So when I saw this one, my search was over! The affordable price, features , and accessories won me over. I tried making the pizza crust w/ the recipe that came with the pizza oven and it turned out good and crispy.. I was skeptical about the oven at first because we kept burning our pizzas but it does get easier with practice. We figured out that setting knob to 350 degrees on top and 800 degrees on bottom seems to work for Ist 3 minutes then for the last 2 minutes we turn the top to 40O degrees and then watch it closely through window until it is golden brown a bit on top and around edges. Sometimes we have to do a quick rotation during the last two minutes but it’s not a problem with the wooden pizza peels. I used to use a spatula but the pizza peels make moving the pizza so easy and fun.

We bought one recently and was skeptic about its performance. However, it proved us wrong. It is an excellent oven, easy to operate and clean. We made pizza thin and medium crusts and the result was mind blowing. We tried Mediterranean manakeesh and the result was perfect. On top of that, it is quick to make the perfect result within 3-4 minutes. Highly recommended.

We bought one a few months ago and we absolutely love it! Pizza Fridays have never been better! Once we got the temp down to where we liked it, it’s amazing. We only burnt a couple until we realized to turn it down lower than the recommended temp. My hubby found a great recipe for dough and we love being able to each pick our toppings. This was definitely worth the money. We saved so much not going out to get pizza and we are never disappointed with it. Never again do I have to worry of the pizza place got our orders correctly. Best purchase in awhile! My pic is of a pizza my hubby made for me. I suggest making your own dough or going to your favorite pizzeria and buying dough balls from them. We tried the refrigerated dough in a can and it wasn’t flavorful to us. I also bought a garlic herb butter to add to my crust when it comes out. That way I kind of get garlic bread sticks along my outer crust. Yum!!

We are so very disappointed! Even though we followed instructions our pizzas were less than appetizing! We found the heat to be uneven, some parts of the pizza were burnt on the top, which made the grandkids turn up their noses and not want to eat them. The stone was an absolute nightmare to clean, I never did get it back to the way it looked new. The only reason I gave it two stars was because it was a special time spent with the grandkids, rolling out the dough, grating the cheese and dressing their pizzas the way they like them. I wish I could have returned it but because we tried it out, I thought it wasn't allowed. A total waste of money!
