Dented but works

Like a lot of other reviews, I can attest that my freezer arrived with a dent on the side and smaller one on the front. It didn't breach the metal but it is noticeable. It was not heavy and I was able to handle unboxing it and relocating it without assistance. It seems to work fine, true to size and does have a small hum to it when operating.

Has Issues

Will only freeze and hold temp on the very highest setting.. twice I have lost half of the food due to thawing at the top.. and its only 47 days old. Customer service has told me to return it to the store. Will try another one .. it might just be a bad batch.
