No cool enough

i have 4 similar kind but different brand freezer, usually it can reach -5F easily. This one never reach that low for 3days now and my meat is frozen but not frozen hard. Kind of disappointed. Maybe it is garage really, it tune to be operate in extreme room temperature, so it is compensate on the another side。

Dented on arrival

Received item today and had multiple dents all over the unit. Unit should have Styrofoam around it.
