The fridge/freezer is able to be used as a freezer or a refrigerator. It is has performed well so far in both modes. Great replacement for our old unit.

I was looking for an affordable upright freezer and came across this Gem on the Sam’s apps and after looking at several competitors ads and deals, I found that Sam’s offered me the Best price for my buck, therefore this investment was a no brainer. Thanks Sam’s!

This freezer is very good and helpful for my needs, it fits perfectly in the designated area that I choose to put it, now I don't have to keep going back and forth to the store to get meat and breakfast food, it's 5 cubic, so it holds a lot of food, it looks small on the outside but inside has a lot of room, it also has a rack for small items and it's on top where you can get easy access to it. If you got a big family or you like to cook and need storage for food, I highly recommend this freezer.

Great little freezer. Was up to temp before the 24 hours. The basket's spacing is little too big for some smaller items though. Great price and very light weight for its size.

I had a white deep freeze same size before and I was always wiping it down to get the fingerprints off. I don’t know why I never thought about getting the black one. It is perfect and has not frosted up like my old one did I am very grateful.

We bought this so I have more space to freeze stocks I make and good buys on meat and other frozen items. Love that it is manual defrost. Items packaged and frozen will stay fresh longer. Perfect size for what we needed.

It works ok but it had several dents from rough handling during shipment and in store not visible till I got it home and set it up. Went back to store and asked Customer Service if they would discount it since it was the last one in stock and they laughed and said no.

The freezer looks great. I picked it up from the store, not dents thankfully since i saw lots of reviews about dents. Works the way it should, fits nicely in the allocated place. Would recommend this freezer.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying. I only saw a decent overall rating and went with that. I received it today and as with other customers, it came dented out of the package. This is ridiculous, that so many arrive in this condition. I’m so disappointed. I wrote Sam’s Club Customer Support. Webpage shows they’re currently out of stock, so I don’t know what they will do with this. I’ll update once I have a response.
