We purchased this chest freezer in January and keep it in a bedroom being used as an office to prevent the unit from having to work so hard in the hot garage. The size is great as it doesn't take up a lot of room while adding extra frozen storage. If you have a large family, you'll probably want a bigger one. It has worked well so far, other than the hinges. If I'm digging for something, the lid falls down on me, and I'm just surprised how quickly that started happening. It's been an annoyance and a disappointment. I've tried to prop up the lid by placing an item at the far edge where the lid meets the hinge, but that doesn't work so well. It's fine if whatever you want is on the top and you can just hold the lid and grab your item but not so good if you're trying to organize the contents of the freezer or you have to dig in there.

A really good chest freezer but I think I would get an upright next time because stuff gets buried in the bottom.

The box had holes in it when it arrived. The freezer has a big dent and several scratches. It looks bad.

Exactly what we needed. Setting on the back deck and working great. Have to really stretch to reach the stuff at the bottom, but for the price we paid, it’s ok.

First one wouldnt freeze. Started questioning if we had a power issue. One day it would work and then next day it struggled to stay cold. The replacement works without any issues.

This freezer was the perfect size and required minimal space in our garage. It's ideal for two people or a small area. It was easy to set up and cooled down quickly.

Perfect size. Handles 5 cu ft of additional storage. Runs perfectly. Lid seems a little cold in normal operation not sure if sufficient lid insulation. Will need to check electric consumption.

Holds a lot for my 6 person household. Has freeze settings that I can adjust if i need something to freeze quickly. And the price of it stood out the most for me in comparison to other companies, Sam’s simply had the lowest price

Item doesn not keep proper frozen temperature below the 7 setting. It quit working all together a month after purchase. Been on the phone with customer service for Sam's, allstate and FedEx for over 2hrs total to sort things out and the pick up date still isn't right.
