[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice, good sized frig with great features. Really like the craft ice option as well as the automatic light that activates when you walk up to it. 3 spaces in the freezer are also helpful.

I love the shelf that converts to allow extra tall bottles, I love the various ice( though dispensing ice really requires a very wide mouth bowl, bc the ice splashes too much). and especially enjoy the “third shelf” in the freezer. It really helps to separate frozen foods, and not use a 4 th door. I do find the door needs to be wiped down to remove fingerprints. I am really not too sure why the door dispenser will occasionally light up. It has been said that “ a new broom sweeps clean”, so I hope I will be given this same opportunity when my wonderful new refrigerator is one year old or hopefully older! Again thank you,dg

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. I had several issues getting the unit and the craft ice maker went out several weeks into the purchase. All that being said, all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The only issue I may have is there are no handles. This will take a little getting used to. Plenty of room and good lighting. Very happy overall.

Large capacity for a counter-depth fridge. Adjustable main and door shelves are great. Freezer compartment design is well thought-out to maximize storage and for ease of access. LED lighting is very good and the outside light turned on by a sensor is a nice touch. I wish the temperature displayed showed both actual temperatures and set temperature instead of just the latter. Overall a wonderful product that is very highly rated by Consumer Reports with a great frequency of repair rating. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned an LG counter depth in my previous home. The existing refrigerator in my new home needed replacement. I again needed counter depth and saw LG now offers a counter depth with full capacity. The counter max was a great choice for me. I'm pleased with the increased capacity. The model I purchased happens to offer 4 types of ice; crushed, cubed, craft, and mini cube. While I purchased the model for the capacity, I'm really enjoying the mini cube and craft ice. I'm very happy with my purchase. It's a clear upgrade from either of my previous units.

I have had my refrigerator over a month now and it is great. I love the 4 kinds of ice as well as the forced cold air on the products in the door! I like the french door so I can place trays and other oversized dishes on the shelves. Having hidden door openers above the freezer is great as I have a tight space and didn't like protruding door handles. Also nice is the locking door handle to open the freezer. Little hands cannot accidently open the freezer!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! It has so much room, makes four types of ice to boot! LG ThinQ app is so user friendly and packed full of features and valuable information. Did I mention the tons of ice it makes…. the mini cubes and craft ice are a HUGE hit with our family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my refrigerator and the four ice shapes. . I can use an ice ball for a drink on the rocks. I use an ice ball and small ice cubes and regular ice for a drink with wine for a little less wine. I love having four ice different shapes of ice. My daughter is waiting for a refrigerator that is not counter depth with the three ice makers. This refrigerator is great. I am short and I can reach everything! Thank you!

We were worried it would not be enough space in the refrigerator but it is ample space and we cannot be happier. The pull out drawer on the bottom allows us to see items at a quick glance. For organization I would recommend clear plastic bins for the main part of the refrigerator. The water and ice in the door works perfectly. The extra ice maker in the freezer is great when we have company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my LG refrigerator in January and I just love it. It is roomy, and it has 4 different types of ice cubes. My favorite are the golf balls. Never brought an appliance without physically seeing it. This is the first and I am so happy that I did. Don't miss the handles at all. Everyone that sees it is very impressed. I only wish the water filter filtered out the salt from my water softener.
