I've had the freezer for only a few weeks and so far so good. I like that the ice maker is in the door plus we get 2 more sizes of ice - the craft ice for drinks and small ice that makes it easy to put in my water bottles. We got the extended warranty to cover unexpected issues in the future. The 1/2 shelf is good for taller items and the design is ver intuitive. I'd recommend to anyone who asks.

Love everything about this fridge, though I did shop all brands and features before purchase.
My only complaints are one of the vegetable drawers won’t open all the way without both exterior doors open, the exterior doors won’t align properly up and down but front to back as well so side on looking it’s noticeably crooked which is irritating for such a nice fridge..my old LG also did not align up and down as well.
Also not fond of ice cube sizes, just a minor complaint.

I am in love with the spaciousness and clean look of the fridge inside and out❤️
It’s only 2 wks old so I can’t comment on long term quality…so far I’m happy with it

LG counterdepth 36 inch

We like the counter depth and no handles on this fridge which replaced an older LG fridge.  We also like the extra sliding shelf in the freezer and the deeper door bins, especially as a lot of our bottles and jars don’t fit on the shelves.  The shelves can be adjusted, but it would leave one shelf very shallow.  I wish there was the functionality to turn off the door open alarm, however.  I currently have it set to the maximum of 10 minutes.  I also like the light for the handles which turns on when you approach the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new LG because of the past excellent experience with this Company.  The new refrigerator has lots of room compared to the old one.  Because of kitchen size restrictions, we were limited to a counter depth, but this fridge has the capacity of a full-size refrigerator. No handles on the doors means there is now extra floor space to get past it.
Controlling the temps and Icemakers with the Thin Q app is super easy and convenient. Love my new LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased unit several weeks ago and it has been doing everthing as advertized so far. It is very quiet which I like. The water filter location on door this filter is great as wife is short can reach this filter.

Looks good runs well

I purchased to upgrade a prior model as I was very excited about the ice feature, which has lived up to expectations. The pros are the space and configuration. The cons, which are mainly personal preference- at 5’9”  I dislike having to bend down to open the doors each time. A notch in the door or handle would have been better. This would also help keep prints off the fridge bc every time you close the doors you must touch the doors, so I am constantly cleaning them. The notch in the freezer door collects fallen debris from the fridge. Unless you’re standing in front of it with the doors open it can’t be seen, and is not easy to wipe clean due to the narrowing of the the design.  Although I can live with this. 
It also appears the temperature setting is off from the factory. Even after double checking there is no additional plastic from shipping covering anything, it’s cooler than what the digital thermometer reads - as the top shelf freezes the salads even though it’s set at 37. This caused the shelf attached to the interior door to unexpectedly crack when exposed to room temperature. It was replaced quickly and easily by LG, but still continues to freeze some items. 
All in all I’m happy with the fridge and haven’t run out of ice, but would prefer handles or a notch on the doors as to not bend down and eliminate the need to constantly clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lurched three weeks ago. Love the space both in frig and freezer. Whoops, the ice maker hasn’t worked properly from the start. Only eight ball made. The dispenser partially froze up  and the mini cube section is light on cubes. A service repair  order has been placed and  should be  at my home in three days. 
I’m sure all will be rectified and we’ll be able to enjoy the Frig.

Thank u for this opportunity.  I love the shelf that retracts to allow for taller bottles, I love the third shelf in the freezer that allows me to easily separate frozen foods and not have a 4 th door.  I am still not too sure why the ice water door dispenser lights up every so often.  I enjoy the various ice, however the dispenser really needs some redesign , as I need to use a wide mouth bowl to prevent the ice from splashing on the floor.   The door occasionally need to be wiped down from finger prints.  It has been said that”a new broom sweeps clean”, so i would especially like to be able to review this appliance when it is a year or older in my kitchen!

Runs quietly and efficiently.  However I don’t like that there are no handles on the door, which means you either have to bend down to reach the bottom of the door or reach up to the top of the door to open the refrigerator.  Also, I found the shelf height difficult to adjust with limited options to adjust shelf height.
