I've had the freezer for only a few weeks and so far so good. I like that the ice maker is in the door plus we get 2 more sizes of ice - the craft ice for drinks and small ice that makes it easy to put in my water bottles. We got the extended warranty to cover unexpected issues in the future. The 1/2 shelf is good for taller items and the design is ver intuitive. I'd recommend to anyone who asks.

Love everything about this fridge, though I did shop all brands and features before purchase. My only complaints are one of the vegetable drawers won’t open all the way without both exterior doors open, the exterior doors won’t align properly up and down but front to back as well so side on looking it’s noticeably crooked which is irritating for such a nice fridge..my old LG also did not align up and down as well. Also not fond of ice cube sizes, just a minor complaint. I am in love with the spaciousness and clean look of the fridge inside and out❤️ It’s only 2 wks old so I can’t comment on long term quality…so far I’m happy with it

Nice counter depth fridge/freezer
We like the counter depth and no handles on this fridge which replaced an older LG fridge. We also like the extra sliding shelf in the freezer and the deeper door bins, especially as a lot of our bottles and jars don’t fit on the shelves. The shelves can be adjusted, but it would leave one shelf very shallow. I wish there was the functionality to turn off the door open alarm, however. I currently have it set to the maximum of 10 minutes. I also like the light for the handles which turns on when you approach the fridge.

Craft ice maker consistently goes out.
I'm happy with my refrigerator with the exception of the Craft ice maker. The Craft ice maker has broken twice in 9 months. LG has replaced it both times but it seems to be an on going issue.

Receive new refrigerator, stove & dish washer all very nice so far dishwasher very quiet, freezer shelves could be little better as come off track lot you need be careful with Them but other than that very happy

Ice Maker Not Great
This is a great fridge/ freezer - very roomy, however, the ice maker in the door is not great. Eventually, due to humidity (?), the ice clumps together on either side of container and no more ice comes out and it won’t make any more ‘cause it thinks it’s full. This requires you to open it up, remove the container, and chip away at the ice clumps in order for it to resume normal operation. This happens about every 10 - 14 days. Annoying.

The ice maker has been malfunctioning since shortly after the purchase. The internal buttons to control the ice maker and other functions has not been fully functional since just a few weeks after install. The unit itself feels unsteady and wobbly and the installers were unable to stabilize it as well as any other refrigerators I have previously owned. The door ice maker and water work well. the design of the interior of the refrigerator is very well planned with shelf placement.
