[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is quiet. The space is great. I love the ice choices. Make sure however you cycle all ice 24-48 hours then discard or use to keep you ice chest full of cold drinks for that summer picnic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had it a few weeks now. I’m not sure I’m happy not having door handles though. It seems I’m constantly wiping off fingerprints. The ice maker in the door has clumped up a few times if we don’t use it all the time and we like to use the two options that we have in the freezer. We love the water dispenser as it’s the first one we’ve ever had that comes out slow enough not to splash. The counter depth is working just fine for us and appears to be very roomy.

I love the shelf that retracts to allow for taller bottles, I love the third shelf in the freezer that allows me to easily separate frozen foods and not have a 4 th door. I am still not too sure why the ice water door dispenser lights up every so often. I enjoy the various ice, however the dispenser really needs some redesign , as I need to use a wide mouth bowl to prevent the ice from splashing on the floor. The door occasionally need to be wiped down from finger prints. It has been said that”a new broom sweeps clean”, so i would especially like to be able to review this appliance when it is a year or older in my kitchen!

Only had my new fridge for a couple of weeks but I am really enjoying it. There is more room than I thought there would be. I love the two separate ice makers. All the extra ice comes in handy for several things. And the LG app has been nice to control the temp. And I like that it will remind me about the filters. I like the look of no handles but I am still trying to get used to how the doors open, it’s a little awkward.

Overall this is a nice, spacious refrigerator. It's a bit deeper than standard "counter depth," so if you're looking for something sleek to match standard counters, this one will stick out a few inches from the surrounding counters and cabinets. The capacity is MASSIVE, it's well-organized, and the WiFi connectivity is nice. One major annoyance is the door open alarm. It starts beeping at you after 30 seconds, which is definitely not enough time to load groceries from a shopping trip, and there's no way to turn it off or change the duration. Maybe this is something that can be added in the ThinQ app later as an update, but for now, it's infuriating and we considered possibly returning the unit just for this annoyance alone.

Wonder if I needed 3 separate ice makers.Door ice and craft ice are both great but have not used the 3rd.ice makers ice, but might be good for parties. The one fault I see is the door bins are not tall enough to hold wine bottles.I now have to store them in the frig. and take up refrig.shelf space.

I love the space inside the fridge ans freezer and love the craft ice feature. ThinQ app is very useful with updates. Overall I am happy with mu purchase !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased unit several weeks ago and it has been doing everthing as advertized so far. It is very quiet which I like. The water filter location on door this filter is great as wife is short can reach this filter.

This is a beautiful refrigerator. I love the sleek smooth look of no handles and the inside lighting and the stainless steel back of the fridge are stunning. This fridge runs very quietly which is a big plus since my kitchen is open into the family room. The three ice makers are a super nice feature even though I'm only using two of them. It's nice to know in the summer time I can activate the third one when ice is more in demand. The two vegetable/ produce bins are very nice in roomy although they feel a little bit flimsy and the flexible deli bin is very large and I like that you can change the temperature to accommodate what you're storing . However, in my opinion this is not a counter depth fridge. It sticks out further than my previous LG counter depth French door refrigerator that this replaced and the doors are much thicker. The refrigerator protrudes out into the walkway entering into my kitchen. LG recommends a two and a half inch clearance on either side and when open my refrigerator hits the control panel of my microwave drawer which is three inches away. On the very first day the refrigerator door got dented because my microwave control panel door was tilted open. The shelf spacing in the refrigerator is such that you cannot fit a bottle of soda or beer without raising the shelf, which then gives you a middle shelf that is so narrow virtually. Nothing fits on it. I also cannot understand how there is no covered bin in the door for butter! In my 68 years I have never had a refrigerator that did not have a covered butter bin in the door, including my previous LG counter depth french refrigerator. The left door of my refrigerator closes very easily, but the right hand door has to be forced closed. Which worries me that somebody might accidentally leave it partially open. I also find the freezer door to not glide out easily. If size is not an issue for you and you don't mind that it protrudes further than a standard counter depth with the doors being so thick, and you have the clearance on either side then this refrigerator might be perfect for you. It has many positive features. However, there were just enough negatives for me to make it less than a perfect fit for our family. I will adjust eventually, but for the time being I'm not a happy camper.
