[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a few items go bad before expiration date. I sent in a service request and was directed to directions to set the temperature on the suggested temps. So far so good we will see, jury is still out.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! It has so much room, makes four types of ice to boot! LG ThinQ app is so user friendly and packed full of features and valuable information. Did I mention the tons of ice it makes…. the mini cubes and craft ice are a HUGE hit with our family!

I bought this fridge in November 2023. We love the look and unique features, such as the glass window and air filter. We do miss the auto-stop water dispenser of our previous brand fridge. In March 2024, the PC board failed, and it took two weeks to replace it. It caused inconvenience, which prevented me from giving a five-star rating.

Space very well-designed: holds so much than most counter-depth models with flexible shelves and deep door storage. Freezer compartment nicely maximizes use of space...also you can store a lot with easy access and no need to dig down deep as with other freezer drawers. Outside water and ice dispenser works great and ultra-violet light destroys bacteria...my previous GE fridge would get black muck in water dispensing tube which you couldn't see. Multiple types of ice is a nice added touch. I wish the temperatures displayed would allow you to see the actual fridge and freezer temps and no one what the temps are set at. Doors without handles take some getting use to...but that happens quickly. Overall very satisfied.

We bought this refrigerator to replace a competitor product that had a fundamental design flaw. We could not be more pleased so far. The unit is quite spacious with many options for storage. It appears to maintain a consistent temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer. We've been enjoying the multiple types of ice - whether the convenience of the in door ice, the novelty of the craft ice in our drinks or the benefit of the mini-ice for when we load up bottles before a long bike ride. Plus the unit is incredibly quiet, especially compared to our previous refrigerator. Two things to note is that it takes a few days to get used to the lack of handles and that one side of the refrigertor stays warm, thus warming the pantry next to the refrigerator a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful fridge, all the bells and whistles you want without going overboard. I am not a fan of the refrigerators that have clear windows in the front, this is elegant and we have received numerous compliments on it. Not having the handles cuts down on the size and it reduces fingerprints too. Having multiple types of ice is actually super nice, the craft ice is great with drinks and the mini ice is awesome with big bottles of water. Five stars for sure.

We've had this refrigerator since Jul 2023 and so far, so good. It's nice and quiet. Our only issues were with replacing the inside air filter [the holder didn't work with the replacement filters, but that issue was resolved] and the door open chime, which cannot be adjusted or disabled. It's annoying because of the short duration allowed before it starts reminding us the door is open. I think it should have a factory preset time span of say 2~3 minutes, along with options to increase the time to 4 or 5 minutes and also shut it off completely. This could probably be done via a firmware update on ThinQ App.

Only had my new fridge for a couple of weeks but I am really enjoying it. There is more room than I thought there would be. I love the two separate ice makers. All the extra ice comes in handy for several things. And the LG app has been nice to control the temp. And I like that it will remind me about the filters. I like the look of no handles but I am still trying to get used to how the doors open, it’s a little awkward.

The freezer section is small. It should be increased to 10 cubic ft. and reduced the fridge section accordingly. Craft Ice section is not useful because ball ice is big and produced to a maximum of 6 ball ices per 24 hours. The de-frogged system of freezer is not working as well as my old fridge.

Wonder if I needed 3 separate ice makers.Door ice and craft ice are both great but have not used the 3rd.ice makers ice, but might be good for parties. The one fault I see is the door bins are not tall enough to hold wine bottles.I now have to store them in the frig. and take up refrig.shelf space.
