This product has been a disappointment 6 months into the purchase. If maker quit working. 7 months in the refrigerator door shelf broke into 2 pieces. 1 year in the main refrigerator shelves started cracking. It is be held together with glue and duct tape. DO NOT BUY.

Great Delivery Bad Installation
We have only had this LG refrigerator for a few days so no problems with it so far and the ice maker is working great. My review is more about the delivery process. It started out great. I was sent text and email with updates about the delivery date. On the day of delivery, the driver and helper were very friendly. They did a great job of delivering the new refrigerator and taking out my old refrigerator. Where the process turned negative was when they attached my existing copper ice maker water line to the new refrigerator. Less than an hour after they left, it started leaking all over my floor. I had to call a plumber to come out which was an additional cost to correctly hook up the line. It turns out that when they connected a new refrigerator to the existing line there needs to be a new "ferrule" used. So they only know how to deliver but not install. It seems in the description that "Installation and parts are included" in the purchase of the appliance. They even mention in the description "if additional parts or work beyond basic installation is required they will let you know". Problem is that this did not happen. I was not told they could not use the same line successfully because I do not believe they knew. So long story short is that they do a good delivery but do not expect them to install anything correctly beyond plugging it in. For that hassle I took off two stars.
Fingerprints
I do not like this refrigerator at all. I cant get it to look clean no matter what materials, rags or products I use. It looks streaky all the time and fingerprints always show. Called customer service and they said to use baking soda so we shall see...

A little disappointing for an LG product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about 3 to 4 months. We found ice cream melting in the freezer and ensured the freezer was set to the coldest level and moved the ice cream to a different area in the freezer and still experienced the same issue. It is an extra refrigerator for soda, water, beer and overflow items and we trust it for the drinks but won’t use the freezer portion or refrigerator part for items that we are concerned could spoil with uneven or inconsistent temperatures.

Nice and cold!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the refrigerator for 4 months now, I absolutely love how cold it keeps my drinks! My food stays fresher. I also like the ease of opening the drawers. And lastly I really appreciate the construction and thickness of the plastic pieces for the in door shelves (major issue with last fridge). The only thing that I don’t like is all the finger prints.
Would return if I could, won't freeze my icecream!
I bought this a little over a month ago. This refrigerator and freezer does not get very cold. I have the temp set at coldest setting, but my icecream is very soft. In addition, to ice being made very slowly, I believe this is due to not getting cold enough in freezer. This is a second fridge for us for drinks, and extra freezer space. I had better luck buying 2nd hand models, but we decided this time to buy brand new to get a quality product, we did not get a quality product.

Horrible product
Super angry about our LG Fridge/freezer. Only had it 16 months. Ice maker crapped out multiple times, so we replaced the ice maker. That worked for about 2 months and doesn't work at all anymore. Apparently the freezer doesn't keep a consistent temperature. Waste of a lot of money.

Power Draw
I received my brand new LG refrigerator on October 25. It was plugged into a dedicated 15A GFCI power outlet. The GFCI has tripped 5 times during the past 4 days. I am wondering if this is normal since 15A is a lot of current. So far, the experience with LG is not a great one. I hope LG has a good quality control system in place (six sigma?!?). I may have to return the refrigerator to get another brand.

Final Decision
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased an LG gas range and due to limited space in my kitchen, would like to match it with a top freezer refrigerator, however, my concerns are print proof, third tray inside door, and deli drawer. Although, I would love to have those items, they're not an absolute deal breaker, but are causing some difficulty with making my final decision.

Good basic refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was purchased during the pandemic and we did not have the opportunity to see a floor model since the store sold out everything available. So, the unit was purchased using online information only. The unit works fine and the installation process went smoothly. There are a few items that could be improved upon: 1) It was not noticed until the unit was received that there was no light in the freezer. It did not show up in the feature list, so it is our fault for not picking up on this. I would expect that a freezer light would be standard in a freezer. 2) There were only two door shelves even though there was space for three. Again, we should have noted this in the online specifications. If would have been nice to have the inner door be designed to accomodate a post sale shelf addition from the parts department. It would be a minimal factory cost to have the shelf accomodation molded into the door when manufactured. 3) There was no drawer accomodation. Similar to number two, it would have been relatively easy to design this capability into the product for aftermarket purchase.
