[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased about 45 days ago. Well made, nice features. Very pleased overall.

Enjoying my new LG frig. Very quite and fit great in my condo at the beach.

I bought in April and it stopped working in Otterbein 9th and it won't be fixed until October 31st

So for so good Have no problem with it.First time for a LG product.

I’ve had the fridge for a few weeks now and it works great and looks nice in my kitchen

so far, we are satisfied. runs quietly, easy to open.

I bought this two months ago and am very disappointing

This LG is different no door handles so your finger prints show but clean easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was purchased during the pandemic and we did not have the opportunity to see a floor model since the store sold out everything available. So, the unit was purchased using online information only. The unit works fine and the installation process went smoothly. There are a few items that could be improved upon: 1) It was not noticed until the unit was received that there was no light in the freezer. It did not show up in the feature list, so it is our fault for not picking up on this. I would expect that a freezer light would be standard in a freezer. 2) There were only two door shelves even though there was space for three. Again, we should have noted this in the online specifications. If would have been nice to have the inner door be designed to accomodate a post sale shelf addition from the parts department. It would be a minimal factory cost to have the shelf accomodation molded into the door when manufactured. 3) There was no drawer accomodation. Similar to number two, it would have been relatively easy to design this capability into the product for aftermarket purchase.
