My only disappointment is that it doesn’t have a deli drawer. There’s a dairy/butter drawer but no deli one. I had to get a plastic fridge organizer for lunch meat and cheese.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fridge was delivered on Feb 3rd. Absolutely LOVE it. Of course, the ice maker was a must have, and it works perfectly. Love the huge crispers on the bottom for fruit and veggies. Like that the shelves easily move to suit my needs. Both fridge and freezer space are very ample. For a "smaller" size fridge, I couldn't ask for anything more. It's perfect!

Just bought my first home! Brand new build! And I wanted a nice sleek but not oversized refrigerator, and this fits perfectly in my kitchen! It matches all my other appliances really well! Love the Led lighting, ice maker, and the fact that it’s energy efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew it did not have a deli drawer when I bought it. I thought I wouldn't miss it but I really do. I have a plastic container on the shelf for cheese and lunch meats. I don't love doing that but I like those items contained. The one other issue I have had to get accustomed to is that the door opens so low to the floor that it scraped the skin off the top of my toes. Believe me when I say, it didn't take me too long to learn to keep my toes back from the door! I love the bright light and the large capacity crisper drawers.

Surprised to find that of all the things we took out of our previous fridge of roughly the same dimensions, only about half fit back into our new LG LTCS20030S. Time will tell if this fridge does a better job maintaining even temperature, but the interior design seems odd in that the shelf spacing does not well match bottles, condiment jars, tupperware containers, etc. Much of the interior volume is occupied by the door and/or drawer handles...

Like the look of stainless steel door but impossible to keep fingermarks and other marks off door-looks awful. Would prefer outside door handles rather than recess in cooler/freezer to open door. No way to pause icemaker. ice sensor doesn't hold ice from falling if you try to raise sensor to up position-previous model I owned (not LG) you could raise ice sensor to a locked up position to pur ice on hold. Temp setting in refrigerator is at lowest level of intensity, #1. Refrigerator thermometer I use still registers below freezing temps in refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this October 2021. It is great looking and very well organized for the most part. The doors however are ruining everything especially the freezer door. From day one they would close tightly only 70% of the time. You’d never know until you’d hear the fridge running nonstop that something was wrong. A&E service was sent out last week for warranty service and took off/reinstalled both doors. Now I’d say the doors are closing tightly about 90% of the time. Looks like I will have to learn to deal with ice crystals and food that has been slightly thawed/refrozen over and over.

Bought this in February 2026 and now it is hardly cooling. Thermometer registers 49-51 degrees. Called for warranty repair Aa week ago and still haven't been able to get a repairman here to fix it. Call and talked to CS twice now with no good answer. I do think that this will be my last LG product. Very very poor CS

My refrigerator is still not working properly. It still makes very loud noises and the ice maker leaks and only makes ice every now and then. I need to unplug it to stop the loud noise-that works once in a while. I have again lost valuable food in both refrigerator and freezer. I would never buy anything LG. I also tired to log in on the website but it said there is no record of me…however, I received emails and texts from LG
