[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung Refrigerator and while I love the features I have complaints about the ice makers. I have had mine since May and the ice is not crushing properly and the wait time to replenish and fill up the ice container takes too much time. I am grateful that they have improved the water dispenser so it’s connected better to the body of the machine. I love the smart hub station and really wish Samsung would invest their technological genius on creating a superb ice machine. I paid a lot of money for this refrigerator and my first which was the original Which had a freezer with the French door. That was my first huge investment in an appliance as a Single mother at the time. My husband bought this one for my Mother’s Day present in the midst of this global pandemic. For someone who doesn’t have any other addicting quirks aside from eating ice. I’d love to give it the top rating but cannot due to this annoyance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely impressed with the size of this refrigerator. I have to say I didn't like the look at first. I never had a side-by-side fridge before and didn't like that it didn't have door handles like my old one. After installing, I quickly saw the pros of the fridge that it didn't bother me it didn't have door handles. The side-by-side works better than what I had. Everything can be organized better and is visible, specially in the freezer side. The trays on the doors are not adjustable but I can still accommodate mostly anything I want to store there. I can store some items on the lower shelves so the kids can access them without reaching and making a mess. The trays on the door can catch any spills and can easily be removed and washed. I really enjoy the Family Hub, I can access my favorite music while I'm cooking or preparing snacks. My daughter also write notes she leaves on the screen for me and my husband to read. The ice makes and water dispenser work really good, fills the ice tray in les than 24 hours. This is a great fridge with great updates and lots of space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this 2 months ago and it has been a great refrigerator thus far. There is ample space and it looks great in the kitchen. The touchscreen tablet-like features are neat, but more of a show off gimmicky feature than a game changing fridge option. Streaming Spotify through the fridge is cool. The speaker has surprising quality. My kids like the whiteboard to draw on. I send them nice or funny notes and pictures through the family hub app. The only drawback is the screen location, it is far too low. My 6 y/o is the only person in the family who doesn’t have to bend down to have the screen at eye level. Overall, we’re very happy with the purchase.

Husband and kids pushed for the fridge with the tablet and I use it more than I thought I would. There is an app for recipes and to do lists. We hooked our ring doorbell up to the refrigerator and it comes on to show who is at the door. Overall I really like this refrigerator and would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to start with this refrigerator,we upgraded from our old standard fridge( freezer on top fridge on bottom). This has so much more room, love the wide drawers. We now have so much more space. The obvious bonus is the family hub. I can listen to music on ther fridge while we cook or just cleaning up, the speakers are great. We leave little notes for our daughters through out the day. With the weather getting warmer the ice maker and water dispenser are great features,if we stay in the kitchen for a while I like to play a quick game of pictionary with my kids on the drawing board..we love our new toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with the touch screen family hub feature has been a nice enhancement to our kitchen and our family interaction. Like any refrigerator, it chills and freezes our grocery items perfectly. However, the Family Hub brings the features we are accustom to using on our smartphone to the kitchen area on a large touch screen with all the same apps, such as Gallery, Spotify, Pandora, etc. You can maintain your grocery list on the family hub which is a tremendous convenience when you use the last of your favorite spices or other recipe ingredients right at that moment so you don't forget. You can write messages to your children on the touch screen or loving notes to your spouse. We love our new Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with the Family Hub!

FamilyHub is basically a tablet embedded in your fridge. It has a calendar, .message boards, notifications. You can connect that to your other smart home devices. You can even use that to watch video and play music. 3. Inexpensive water filter. Samsung does not add digital right management to their water filter. 4. Door open alarm. 5. Modern design, the stainless steel looks and feels amazing. Cons: 1. The shelf space is not really adjustable. 2. All temperature control needs to go through FamilyHub. No manual override inside the fridge if the screen stops working. Overall this is a very beautiful refrigerator and my family has been really enjoying it.

This refrigerator is really good, the style is really nice, the size is perfect, it is very roomy inside. the applications load and run right away, the sound is good (just make sure you remove the plastic that covers the speaker) The freezer is super strong, it froze the meat in less than 1 hr.

The shiny black stainless steel is not only beautiful, but it is fingerprint resistant too. I love how much space is inside this refrigerator. Not only are the shelves spaced the perfect amount apart, but they are so deep that I can fit twice as much on them then my old refrigerator. I love that this refrigerator has an all around cooling system, so there is no place in my refrigerator that gets cooler than another. The LED lighting lights up my whole refrigerator, nice and bright. This has been such an added upgrade to my decor as well as my lifestyle. This refrigerator has everything! It has a built-in ice maker and water dispenser, but the best part is that it has a family hub. I love this hub! It has so many apps to choose from. I am having so much fun learning how to use them all. My kids love leaving me notes and pictures on the screen daily. I love being able to listen to music, look up recipes, make my shopping list or even ask Bixby to find things for me on the internet. I am sure that it does so much more than I am telling you, I can not wait to explore what else it can do.
