Everyone in my household loves it! They mostly enjoy that they can play music and search the web. Like if they can't get enough of that on their phone lol. My husband loves that he can see what's in the fridge from his phone while he is at the store that way he doesn't have to call me every 5mins to ask if we have this or that. If you are like me and like to plan everything out on a calendar then this is perfect for you. You can add photos, memos, notes, calendar, apps, music, customize to your liking. Like come on its perfect in every way. Now let's talk about the inside, it has spacious fridge shelves and drawers, the lighting inside is perfect to give an all around illumination, And a camera yea you read that right a "CAMERA". It keeps track of what you have in your fridge without even opening it. You can view it on your smart phone and it can even tell you if something is expired. The freezer has not only shelves but also has bins for plenty of storage. It has a great ice maker, large capacity, It makes that perfect ice. It chills and keeps everything fresh just right. The doors have a sleek design, I like that it doesn't have door handles.The black stainless steel gives it that perfect sleek look and design. And I love that it's fingerprint resistant. Also like the alarm feature which you can customize to beep and then play music in case you're like my son and sometimes tend to leave the door open. I honestly didn't know I needed this fridge till now. Way to go Samsung! Another satisfy customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Family Hub fridge is AWESOME. It has plenty of storage and bins, bright lighting inside and great color. The Family Hub is the center of this great appliance, there are lots of Apps (Music, Weather, GrubHub, Photos, Bixby etc) included. This fridge will complement any kitchen color scheme. The ICE Maker and Water station are nicely fitted on the left side of the fridge and operates quietly. I am finding new things out daily and being able to use my Ring app is an added bonus, I can see who's at the front door just by looking at the fridge, HOW COOL IS THAT !

Let me start by saying the black stainless steel is beautiful!The fingerprint resistant is also a great feature to this beautiful refrigerator! The interior lighting is amazing and my fridge is well lit.The ice maker makes ice at an awesome rate and the freezer has ample storage space for my family of three.But the best feature is the huge family hub screen! It is bright and beautiful,the sound quality is amazing I was surely impressed.I can now access the internet and listen to music while I cook! Thank you Samsung for this amazing refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator back in May, but due to the coronavirus back logs, I had to wait two months to get it. It was well worth the wait! I absolutely love it! The temperatures are perfect, it is spacious and makes kitchen life a dream. The whole family is in love with the Family Hub touch screen, from playing music while cooking to pulling up recipes or just viewing my favorite photo collage, the uses are endless. I have only scratched the surface. Not to mention the priceless joy of ice water with refilling containers. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. If I had to improve on it in any way, I would add another drawer in the fridge and widen the door shelves.

I bought this refrigerator in September 2021. The display screen died 7 months after the 1 year warranty expired. Screen is backordered at Samsung with no ETA given. Bad screen, bad warranty, bad support. Notwithstanding, the ice maker is slow to make ice and gets jammed up with ice easily. Even worse, unless you use a very wide glass (wider than average glass), in oder to get water from the door dispinser, you have to push the glass so far into the door that it passes the water spigit, causing water to miss the glass, shoot out on your hand and run down the front of the refrigerator. Lastly, the interior camera show very little of the interior frig. Gimik sounds usable but it's really not.

I thoroughly enjoy the amazon music app installed as I have a subscription for that. Power freeze and power cool are a nice feature as well. I love the family hub, I have pictures and videos of my kids on the homescreen. Love the shopping list. View inside usually is foggy due to condensation and it only shows the two middle shelves. My complaints are the space in both the refrigerator and freezer, drawer space is almost nill. My other issue is that Bixby is stuck in the town I purchased the unit and there is no option to change it to my own.

Let's just say that.. we have now been on a appliance Samsung only spree..! After receiving our beautiful fridge, we knew we had to upgrade and boy did this refridergator do just that. Wow. This appliance had made our kitchen an 11 :D I have a family of 5 so the capacity is awesome. Wide enough to fit all kinds of various items but at the same time deep enough to hold a lot items. The frezzer part is the same amout of space. Both have two drawers that have a lot of space as well. The temperature is awesome. I have both sides at their lowest temps. The cooling system is fantastic in this thing! Now the outside is even better! That black stainless steel finish is beautiful and then your eyes lay on the screen!!! Bixby is her name and she is awesome. Just like siri, she's there to help you. Just call her name and well.. you know. ;) The set up was fairly simple and the apps are nice. I love using the To Do list and Gecory List. I alo like the memo app, kids love the drawing and emoji stickers, the look inside fridge is nice which all these apps are right on your phone. I love that because if you're anything like me, I tend to think about what I may need to get or do on a daily basis and it will pop up right then and there. yup. you bet cha. I need to write it down and can do so right on my Family Hub app. Up on my fridge is also where it goes. No longer need a shopping list... Got it right on my tally..! Love playing Pandora on it and also asking her the weather for the day. I love this fridge

This new model has so much storage in the freezer and refrigerator with the deep drawers. The automatic cooling system is so nice too! My daughter's love the Family Hub for drawing on the memo board to uploading family pictures in the app, which shows up on the large screen. I love the Family Hub with all the apps, like smart recipe, able to create grocery lists to transfer to my phone through the app, and listening to Pandora while cooking! I would highly recommend purchasing this!
