Easy to clean, good space inside, the tv works well and was easy to set up. The SmartThings app is great. The ice maker is not the best, takes along time to fill a glass of ice. I do wish the shelves were adjustable. Overall happy with the purchase.

I love that I can say Alexa read my book and it will continue what I was reading .the freezer don't have lots of space if u buy lots of meat but it's really sufficient. For like 2 weeks worth of food . I haven't had a problem with my fridge yet . I would buy this over and over again. I have wanted to make this purchase for a while and it's the best 2025 purchase I made you can control the refrigerator thru the smarthings app as well.

Unfortunately the fan went out just after a year of use and I had to pay out of pocket to repair. It makes a lot of water sounds coming from the dispenser. 

When working it keeps my food cold and frozen items perfectly frozen. I've had it for almost 2 years now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] apparent ongoing ice maker manufacturing issue. appears continues ongoing in manufacturing I have 6 Samsung TVs which I love but the appliances have yet to win me over the shelving and adjusting the shelves do not meet my needs not roomy enough the fridge filter is very difficult to remove as well as the crisper bins removing them for cleaning too difficult

The fridge works fine except the ice maker will tend to try to shred the ice even when you are asking for cubed. However the company pushed an update years after we bought the fridge that adds ads and constantly takes away features the thing came with. If it wasn't for forcing ads on me I would have given a much better review. Shame.
