I wish the ice maker would crush ice a little better, food has been lasting longer than before which is great and lessens the pain of throwing things out. The family hub is a really cool feature and I have used it while at the grocery store. It’s like having a tablet on your fridge. I’ve used it with YouTube to look up recipes. I think this will be a durable fridge in the long run. This is the second Samsung fridge I have owned and over all efficiency was great.

As far as the durability, it has been functioning very well for the last 5 years, the only issue is that the hub screen has been glitching lately for some reasons. It is by far a sufficient capacity for the family needs, it is the right size and allows us to store a lot of foods. The food preservation is impressive as it keeps the freshness of the foods stored. In terms of efficiency it has a very average consumption of electricity. Other than that we are satisfied.

Samsung you should be a shame of yourself for producing this tacky product. I just purchased this item 16 months ago and now the evaporator fan belt is broken. It costing me over $400 just to fix something that should be working perfectly fine buyers beware by at your own risk!!
