The fridge is large enough to organize the for busy family. It's pleasing to the eye , fits well with decor. Haven't broke yet , though kids seem to be in competition of who can take the doors of the hinges, the food is perfectly temperature controlled. AND electric bill is smaller.

We originally bought it because we loved the sleek, modern side-by-side look, but the Family Hub features have completely won us over. It has become the central command center for our kitchen. ​We love being able to leave digital notes for each other, display family photos on the screen, and check what we need from the grocery store via the interior cameras. It cools perfectly, offers great storage space, and the tech features actually add value to our daily routine instead of just being a gimmick. Absolutely love it!

I wish the ice maker would crush ice a little better, food has been lasting longer than before which is great and lessens the pain of throwing things out. The family hub is a really cool feature and I have used it while at the grocery store. It's like having a tablet on your fridge. I've used it with YouTube to look up recipes. I think this will be a durable fridge in the long run. This is the second Samsung fridge I have owned and over all efficiency was great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very hesitant to purchase a refrigerator with this price tag but I'm glad I did. It blows my old refrigerator out of the water. It looks amazing . It feels strong and durable, the refrigerator actually stays at the temp you set it at, and the freezer too. I can fit pretty much as much as I want to in it.

Fridge is great at keeping things cool or frozen, great monitoring tools built in (filter change reminder and tutorial, easy temp controls). External water and ice dispenser are very difficult. Water stream is angled too far towards the user, so odds are the water will catch the edge of your container. Ice maker is inaccesible by hand from inside (no grabbing a handful of ice cubes, only way of getting ice is via the dispenser). Even on cubed ice, half the ice that shoots out is crushed. It's a good fridge, but if I could change one thing it would absolutely be the water/ice setup.

The only feedback I have is it could really use a light above the ice and water dispenser and the filter could be easier to remover he it gets suctioned in over time. The family hub is a really fun feature.
