[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this 2 months ago and it has been a great refrigerator thus far. There is ample space and it looks great in the kitchen. The touchscreen tablet-like features are neat, but more of a show off gimmicky feature than a game changing fridge option. Streaming Spotify through the fridge is cool. The speaker has surprising quality. My kids like the whiteboard to draw on. I send them nice or funny notes and pictures through the family hub app. The only drawback is the screen location, it is far too low. My 6 y/o is the only person in the family who doesn’t have to bend down to have the screen at eye level. Overall, we’re very happy with the purchase.

I have had mine since May and the ice is not crushing properly and the wait time to replenish and fill up the ice container takes too much time. I am grateful that they have improved the water dispenser so it’s connected better to the body of the machine. I love the smart hub station and really wish Samsung would invest their technological genius on creating a superb ice machine. I paid a lot of money for this refrigerator and my first which was the original Which had a freezer with the French door. That was my first huge investment in an appliance as a Single mother at the time. My husband bought this one for my Mother’s Day present in the midst of this global pandemic. For someone who doesn’t have any other addicting quirks aside from eating ice. I’d love to give it the top rating but cannot due to this annoyance.

I am a big fan of smart devices and this refrigerator kinda completed my smart home idea. I wasnt expecting that the Family HUB would have so many options. Internet, shopping lists, music and what not. The sound quality is pretty awesome. I can actually have a party in my kitchen lol. Also i love the inside camera option. I can look at the things without having to open the fridge. my wife absolutely love this fridge as well. it's very easy to clean and maintain this as well. I am getting compliments from friends and family whenever anyone visits us. it makes our kitchen look so beautiful and advanced. I am recommending everyone these days to buy this. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit that when my husband came to me about purchasing a new refrigerator, I didn’t think it was necessary because there was nothing wrong with our current refrigerator. However, having the new Samsung side-by-side with the Family Hub for the last couple of weeks has really been a game changer. First of all, the unit looks gorgeous and I like that the black stainless is slightly darker than older models. I love how this refrigerator seems so spacious compared to our last model and I love that the storage space in the doors is much more generous for storing the larger items. I also think that the freezer is better designed and slightly larger in the side-by-side because it is far easier to organize and find things quicker than with the chest style freezer in the French door model units where everything is stacked upon itself and sometimes you have to dig to the bottom of the unit just to get something that you need. I think that the only trade-off is that you do lose a little space in the vegetable bins with the side-by-side versus the French door model. Both sides of the unit are well-lit with LED lighting and the temperature control is excellent keeping both the refrigerated and frozen foods at the perfect temperature. The icemaker and water through the door work really well and being purified have no odor or chlorine taste. What makes this new refrigerator special is definitely the Family Hub. Being a nurse who works the 3rd shift, it’s really nice to be able to create shopping lists and leave notes and I can even draw a picture if I want to. I installed the Samsung Family Hub app onto my phone and now I can view what is in the refrigerator while shopping and see my shopping list in addition to other apps that the refrigerator offers. I really love the animated screensaver that is correlated to the current weather and shows snowflakes if it’s snowing and raindrops if it’s raining. I love the fact that I can listen to Pandora, IHeart radio, or Spotify while in the kitchen and I am amazed at how clear and how loud the speakers can get. They sound amazing and I look forward to when we have people over and can have the music playing on the refrigerator. I am an avid Pinterest user and so I was happy to see that Pinterest was one of the apps that the refrigerator offered. Now I can pull up my recipes and have them displayed on the refrigerator while I am cooking and the Internet app can take me to YouTube and do Google searches. The calendar is synced with my phone and keeps me organized and the meal planner is very useful as well. I have to admit, I love the new refrigerator and it was a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Family Hub fridge is AWESOME. It has plenty of storage and bins, bright lighting inside and great color. The Family Hub is the center of this great appliance, there are lots of Apps (Music, Weather, GrubHub, Photos, Bixby etc) included. This fridge will complement any kitchen color scheme. The ICE Maker and Water station are nicely fitted on the left side of the fridge and operates quietly. I am finding new things out daily and being able to use my Ring app is an added bonus, I can see who's at the front door just by looking at the fridge, HOW COOL IS THAT !

It has multiple compartments to store everything and is deeper than our previous system so we have more space. I like the large shelves in the door to store gallon and quart size milk and juice containers which helps free up shelf space. One of the new features that my family loves is the digital screen. You can set up the screen with helpful information such as time and temperature outside as well as add photo screen savers. My kids love to pull up recipes and listen to music while cooking. The grand kids like the whiteboard feature so they can color pictures we have in the screen saver or create new art. Another great benefit of this refrigerator is that you can remotely link to the screen to grab your grocery list, meal plan or look into your fridge to see if you need to buy some food or drink item while you are at the store. This has to be the best refrigerator we have ever purchased!

I wish it was better. I have to keep extra ice on hand because we often run out. Also, I have the inside frig turned up to 39 and I keep loosing vegetables due to them being frozen. I would not buy it again.
