I bought this 3 months ago and wish I hadn't. 3 major things make this not user friendly. 1. The family hub is a waste of money. The apps are difficult to manage both on the refrigerator and in the Smart Things app on your phone. The Family Hub will tell what you should do to correct the problem but then those options aren't even available in settings as it says. I've spent hours trying to make this work properly with no luck. 2. The icemaker doesn't stay cold enough to keep ice in cube form, it just turns into a chunk of ice after only a couple days. Found out from the in-laws who have Samsung refrigerators this is a common problem across the models. Additionally, the water spout doesn't allow for easy filling of water bottles. It is too deep and short and always ends up making a mess. But that's OK, the water mess can just join the ice chunk mess on the floor. 3. The organization is awful. The shelves are not adjustable and there are only 2 large drawers. It make everything in the refrigerator into a big jumble of stacked items. On the plus side, the refrigerator still works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had missing parts when delivered & water/ice filter defective causing to leaked water at the bottom & damaged wood floor. stainless steel finish can easily scratch even just sticking magnets into it.compressor way too loud than can be extremely difficult to bear especially when evereyone is sleeping at night time.waited 4 weeks to get it but store says it will be delivered in 3 days after purchase.up till now, i am still awaiting for the replacement parts that suppose to be included. called samsung and was told that still processing order everytime after got cancelled numerous times.despite of all the horrible things i have been through with this ordeal, i would still give SAMSUNG products and services a second chance to earned back my business and trust. thanks everyone for taking time to read my review. i love the samsung fridge so much, it's big and cool looking. the food is fresh all the time and it works very well. i didn't change the water filter yet, as i heard it would be hard to change it, we'll see. the family hub screen option is lovely and the water/ ice maker place, makes the big mug fit perfect. thanks samsung :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator back in May, but due to the coronavirus back logs, I had to wait two months to get it. It was well worth the wait! I absolutely love it! The temperatures are perfect, it is spacious and makes kitchen life a dream. The whole family is in love with the Family Hub touch screen, from playing music while cooking to pulling up recipes or just viewing my favorite photo collage, the uses are endless. I have only scratched the surface. Not to mention the priceless joy of ice water with refilling containers. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. If I had to improve on it in any way, I would add another drawer in the fridge and widen the door shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I’m fairly in love with my new Samsung side-by-side fridge. There are some things I’ll mention at the end that could be better and are why it only got 4 stars. For the pros: I LOVE that I can have a recipe up on my fridge door instead of having to go back and forth between apps on my phone. It is wildly convenient. The ability to see what is inside my fridge is also really neat, though the scope is quite limited as there is one central camera. My kiddos are over the moon that they can draw on the fridge and not get in trouble - my husband loves that he can write out a quick memo if he leaves the house for a minute and it is in a central location. The ice and water both work well and the water is nice and cold with a strong stream, but not so strong you get splashed while filling it up. The cons: the ice maker is in the door, so it is smaller than my previous one. It will be interesting to see how it keeps up over the summer when it sees heavy use. I didn’t expect it, but I find myself really missing a small cheese drawer in the middle of the fridge. This one has all shelves. On the tech side, I would love to be able to add my own apps from the App Store to the fridge rather than a handful of preset ones. Overall, I’m still over the moon about my purchase and would make it 100 times over. So far, I strongly recommend this fridge.

So many great features, I have kids at home and I love that it notifies me if fridge door has been left open. I love that I have been able to sync to my Samsung TV and I get notifications on my tv also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the camera and the family /smart hub features. we have ring security system so when someone rings our doorbell, we receive a message on the fridge and it opens the ring app to show you who is there! love the color but it is not 100% finger print proof... one major shortcoming is the ice maker/dispenser. my wife and i both feel it is too small and way too slow in dispensing ice.

I love the fact that it is super quiet and the exterior is finger print resistant. The best feature is the touchscreen family hub which allows us to connect to the internet and watch videos, listening songs, news, upload pictures and so much more. The refrigerator also has a lot of room and comes with adjustable shelves and is also equipped with door alarm. We all really love this new refrigerator.
