Overall good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator and within a week of having it the screen froze. I did some research and this seems to be a common problem. It was easily fixed by resetting it. There is a specific button to do this. I just hope it does not stay frozen one day. Other that than the fridge is what I expected. It’s pretty spacious and does what It is intended to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had missing parts when delivered & water/ice filter defective causing to leaked water at the bottom & damaged wood floor. stainless steel finish can easily scratch even just sticking magnets into it.compressor way too loud than can be extremely difficult to bear especially when evereyone is sleeping at night time.waited 4 weeks to get it but store says it will be delivered in 3 days after purchase.up till now, i am still awaiting for the replacement parts that suppose to be included. called samsung and was told that still processing order everytime after got cancelled numerous times.despite of all the horrible things i have been through with this ordeal, i would still give SAMSUNG products and services a second chance to earned back my business and trust. thanks everyone for taking time to read my review. Love everything about this fridge!

So great to be able to leave notes, hear music and see what’s in the fridge when doing shopping. Easy cleaning, love how sleek it looks and keeps everything fresh.
Extremely happy with new fridge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole family really likes this new fridge. My 8 year old loves the touch screen and has been having a lot of fun with it adding pictures and using apps. The fridge works great, and I really appreciate the spacing of the shelves that allows me to see all the way to the back of each shelf. Unfortunately the shelfs are not adjustable. This is my first side by side fridge and one without handles, this does take some getting used to. So far, I haven't had any issue at all with this fridge. I had some issues connecting the ice maker line, first time I approached this type of connections, but after a couple hours was able to get everything connected. Downloaded the family hub app and was able to quickly connect to the fridge, still playing with apps. Overall we are extremely satisfied with our new fridge.
A slice of Heaven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I began using this product almost a month ago and I am in love. It makes being a mom so much easier. With recipes on the days I have no clue what to make for the kiddos, healthy food options, music, and lifetime movies. This takes smart to a whole new dimension. Reminders, scheduling, and it even lets me know when food expires. I think it’s a slice of Heaven especially for moms, entrepreneurs, restaurants, gyms, students, and chefs. I would say this is the best investment I’ve made in a longtime and it wasn’t a forced upgrade like other products it was a choice that makes it all the better.
Best Addition in my kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As my title suggests, This is the best thing added to my kitchen. It has added class to my kitchen and it looks so much nicer. I have been eyeing this refrigerator with family hub for so long and I absolutely fell in love with it the minute it was delivered to my place. The installation was so easy and quick. The fridge started cooling as soon as it was connected. The water and ice dispenser works so well. We were told to discard 2-3 gallons of water at first and the ice too and then start using it. Both refrigerator and freezer are so spacious. I dedicated some shelves like my top one is my beverage bar. Just like in the freezer i have a icecream bar. Coming to the technology aspect, what can I say. I m so impressed with the features it provides. The HUB has so many preinstalled apps and also some apps that you can install right away. My fav is the shopping list, view inside; music apps and smart recipes . I listen to my fav music while cooking and it keeps mr entertained. Also the sound quality is so loud and good that you can actually have a party in your kitchen lol. Also I love the smart recipe feature, I tried 2 recipes already from there and my family loved it! Last but not thr least, Bixby is also a great feature in this. I can use voice commands while I m cooking . The best thing after this is that i dont bring my phone in the kitchen anymore. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator. Infact I m already recommending my family and friends to switch to this smart Samsung Refrigerator . loveeee it!!
Just Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator back in May, but due to the coronavirus back logs, I had to wait two months to get it. It was well worth the wait! I absolutely love it! The temperatures are perfect, it is spacious and makes kitchen life a dream. The whole family is in love with the Family Hub touch screen, from playing music while cooking to pulling up recipes or just viewing my favorite photo collage, the uses are endless. I have only scratched the surface. Not to mention the priceless joy of ice water with refilling containers. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. If I had to improve on it in any way, I would add another drawer in the fridge and widen the door shelves.
Love it but need help with smart things app
My daughter bought this for me for Christmas because it was my dream fridge! The only problem I’m having is, I cannot get my fridge to connect to my SmartThings app on my phone. It just won’t work. I’ve cleared it out. I’ve reset it. I’ve tried it hundreds of times and it will not connect. It’s very very frustrating.
Cool Concept, but a terrible manufactory
I brought this unit in 2022 as an upgrade for my family. It died yesterday(28JAN2025) with an error code of 41. I've tried everything online that i could fix to fixed it and still nothing. This is not the only Samsung product I've had that has died or something has gone wrong.

Worth every penny! Quiet and easy to organize!
