[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in May ‘23 but was way too small Tried to return for a bigger size fridge but was told I couldn’t. So I kept it and now I’m starting to use it in a different space and so far so good. It’s a nice fridge but too compact to be a main refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our Samsung Refrigerator and all my family an friends can say is WOW! Easy to install, set up was quick and easy . My Samsung 26.7 Cu Ft large Refrigerator has a lot of space and room to fit pleanty of food. With my two 4 year olds running around touching the Refrigerator with there hands, you can't see there finger prints. I can cook and listen to music, read notes , get my recipes and get reminders all from my Refrigerator. The camera inside my Refrigerator lets me see inside without opening the door. It also lets me know when my food has expired. The freezer has plenty of space and holds a lot of frozen foods, it even makes the perfect size ice cubes. It's the best refrigerator I ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice solid looking and feel of a fridge. I wish there was more lights installed in the interior of the fridge. The camera feature is pointless. Poor quality image and viewing angles. Everything at this point is just cosmetics. The touch screen is beautifully integrated. Would be nice to have access to other media apps (i.e. Google apps, hulu, Netflix, etc.). Looking forward to see how long the ice maker lasts before we need to get it replaced.

It has so many awesome features, I love being able to see inside my fridge from the store and making my grocery list and viewing that o the screen too. It was easy to navigate with lots of helpful set ups within the apps. Cleans super easy , lots of storage space for every need. Top of the line finish. The movable shelves work great for different sized products. The in door ice maker is so convenient. Very quiet and makes lots of ice., I love the crushed ice feature the most. We love this product and look forward to more products like this in the future.

I kinda wish the ice maker was a larger capacity but I do like the extra space in the freezer because the ice maker is small. No big deal really. I love the calendar feature where my whole family can see it. Foods are staying very cold in the bottom or the top of the refrigerator space. We love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this fridge a few months ago and the screen is nice. I like that you can use the internet browser to play YouTube videos and listen to music off of it. It also plays well with Newer Samsung TVs so you can mirror what is on your TV on your Fridge so you don't miss any scenes while you are in the kitchen. Fridge does get a little too cold since it freezes my vegetables sometimes even though the temperature is at a higher setting.

We have pictures of the kids on a slideshow and often play music while making dinner. Not to mention all the space for food! Ice machine works well and all bins are a good size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the side-by-side refrigerator because I don't like the idea of having to dig in a freezer drawer for frozen food, it's too cold.I like being able to open the doors and see everything on shelves. Although I picked one of the smaller refrigerators, it's not so small. It is about the same size as our old fridg(so I thought) until they moved it in. We use to have cabinets above the fridge...we don't have them anymore, which is fine with me. This year I plan to remodel my entire kitchen anyway. The modern design of my Samsung refrigerator is a gorgeous, industrial look. I love the fact it's sleek, you do not see the door handles. But watch out for your feet, I have opened the door on my feet numerous times already.lol. It is huge! The family hub is my favorite part. I blast my spotify music on a daily bases just about all day long. With covid-19, kids are doing school from home and the hub is perfect for them too! Each family member has a profile of their own, where I can write to-do lists, notes, reminders, add to the monthly calendar, etc. for us to keep up with their crazy schedules. I love you can do anything on the hub that you can do on a phone, computer or tablet without having it in the kitchen where somthing more than likely will get spilled on it....yes, it has happened to me, I am a messy cook. On the hub you are able to do so many things like a diagnostic check on the fridge to make sure everything runs smoothly and the way it should, time & date, the weather, music, daily quick recipes, daily Trivia with daily Inspiration, Word of the Day and On This Day. It has many different apps like Meal Planner, Shopping Deals, Spotify, GurbHub, InstaCart, View Inside, Shopping List and tons more. I love going to the store knowing the inventory in my fridge/freezer because it keeps up with that too, along with how long you have had your food for so it doesn't go bad. I'm still learning how to work it. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my new Samsung refrigerator but I gave 4 stars because there are a few small features I wish it had to make it the perfect refrigerator for me, like a light on the water and ice dispenser, adjustable shelves where it gives my tea pitcher at least 2 inches from the other shelf and I wish it worked with Google or Alexa instead of Bixby. I really don't mind the Bixby but I already have multiple apps to run different things my household, which is ridiculous. but all in all, I am happy with my purchase and would do it again.

In comparing the side-by-side model to our previous French door type, we found that the side-by-side was much easier to find items in the freezer area versus the French door chest like freezer. The icemaker was excellent and the water filter made the water taste great. The refrigerator and freezer were both spacious and keeps food at the perfect temperature. The appropriately named “Family Hub” did exactly that in the sense that family members were leaving notes for each other, shopping lists were being created, meals were being planned, and the calendar and to do lists were helpful for the entire family. It really became the command center for our household. While anyone can have a great refrigerator, what put this refrigerator into the next level and a big step above the competition was certainly the technology of the Family Hub. Only Samsung developers would come up with the idea to include a 21 inch beautiful LED screen that gives the customer the ability to include photos, messages, recordings, Pandora/Spotify/IHeart Radio, calendar, shopping lists, the ability to view inside your refrigerator while at the store, Ring capabilities, and so much more. Bixby is similar to Alexa and is very useful for voice commands. I love the morning brief and the ability to pull up the news by voice command as well. Once you download the Samsung Family Hub app onto your mobile device/phone, this gives you the ability to do many things with the apps while away from home such as leaving notes, checking contents of the refrigerator with the camera function, uploading photos, etc. I look forward to new apps in the future from the Samsung development team as more and more companies try to get there apps included in this amazing Family Hub. One thing on my wish list would be for the Ring app to automatically open and display who is walking up to the house rather than have to tap the screen to do this function. All in all, I don’t think I could ever go back to a normal refrigerator. Great job Samsung!
