[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since receiving my new refrigerator in June, I have no complaints. I love the size, the roomy shelves and the family hub features. I haven't had any problems with my new refrigerator. I even like the notifications that will tell you when a particular food is about to expire. I also connected our Spotify music library to the fridge, and now have lots of great music to cook by. I do, on occasion, miss the night light that we had on our old fridge that would light up if you wanted a glass of water during the night, but this is not a deal breaker for me. This new fridge far surpasses the old.

we have had our fridge about two months now. the appearance is great, but functionality is less than optimal. the fridge will not hold temp. vegtables freeze not matter where they are placed inside the fridge even with temp setting at maximum high setting of 44 degrees. there are no bins for dairy and meat/deli products. the lower bins are too narrow and hard to organize. i highly reccomend you pay up for the french door model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love technology, although I never thought about purchasing one with a full touch screen until I bought this unit. Love the family hub feature. We use it to share shopping lists all the time. The only challenge I have is with the high frequency noise coming from the compressor at times. I can't put my finger on it and it doesn't always do it, but can be annoying if the kitchen is quiet.

We didn't expect to use any of the added features, but now that we've owned it for a couple of months, we use a lot of the built-in apps. My favorite is the shopping list, recipes, Pandora, and the food expiration alerts. I also like that i can access the apps through our phones. The water and ice dispenser is also large enough to fit a pitcher. The sound from the speaker sounds excellent. My wife watches youtube videos while cooking. My kid likes to doodle on the writing pad and change pictures on the wallpaper. Another feature we like is the display shows an animated picture that reflects the weather condition outside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally wanted to get something with no screen for the long haul but were drawn to family hub instantly! Everything about this fridge has been great so far and its nice to have the screen, especially when following a recipe!

I brought this unit in 2022 as an upgrade for my family. It died yesterday(28JAN2025) with an error code of 41. I've tried everything online that i could fix to fixed it and still nothing. This is not the only Samsung product I've had that has died or something has gone wrong.

I have had mine since May and the ice is not crushing properly and the wait time to replenish and fill up the ice container takes too much time. I am grateful that they have improved the water dispenser so it’s connected better to the body of the machine. I love the smart hub station and really wish Samsung would invest their technological genius on creating a superb ice machine. I paid a lot of money for this refrigerator and my first which was the original Which had a freezer with the French door. That was my first huge investment in an appliance as a Single mother at the time. My husband bought this one for my Mother’s Day present in the midst of this global pandemic. For someone who doesn’t have any other addicting quirks aside from eating ice. I’d love to give it the top rating but cannot due to this annoyance.

this is really reliable fridge, i use it for a year already, never had any problems with the display or fridge itself. it always politely asks to close the door when you keep it open for a long time, reminds you to do service in time and overall good quality of service. a year passed and there was only one error on the screen, error 41, i asked support, they replied very fast and i had only to reboot the display, cos i didn't reboot it for a year. that's it. i am happy with this purchase.
