I thoroughly enjoy the amazon music app installed as I have a subscription for that. Power freeze and power cool are a nice feature as well. I love the family hub, I have pictures and videos of my kids on the homescreen. Love the shopping list. View inside usually is foggy due to condensation and it only shows the two middle shelves. My complaints are the space in both the refrigerator and freezer, drawer space is almost nill. My other issue is that Bixby is stuck in the town I purchased the unit and there is no option to change it to my own.

i love the samsung fridge so much, it's big and cool looking. the food is fresh all the time and it works very well. i didn't change the water filter yet, as i heard it would be hard to change it, we'll see. the family hub screen option is lovely and the water/ ice maker place, makes the big mug fit perfect. thanks samsung :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this 2 months ago and it has been a great refrigerator thus far. There is ample space and it looks great in the kitchen. The touchscreen tablet-like features are neat, but more of a show off gimmicky feature than a game changing fridge option. Streaming Spotify through the fridge is cool. The speaker has surprising quality. My kids like the whiteboard to draw on. I send them nice or funny notes and pictures through the family hub app. The only drawback is the screen location, it is far too low. My 6 y/o is the only person in the family who doesn’t have to bend down to have the screen at eye level. Overall, we’re very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely impressed with the size of this refrigerator. I have to say I didn't like the look at first. I never had a side-by-side fridge before and didn't like that it didn't have door handles like my old one. After installing, I quickly saw the pros of the fridge that it didn't bother me it didn't have door handles. The side-by-side works better than what I had. Everything can be organized better and is visible, specially in the freezer side. The trays on the doors are not adjustable but I can still accommodate mostly anything I want to store there. I can store some items on the lower shelves so the kids can access them without reaching and making a mess. The trays on the door can catch any spills and can easily be removed and washed. I really enjoy the Family Hub, I can access my favorite music while I'm cooking or preparing snacks. My daughter also write notes she leaves on the screen for me and my husband to read. The ice makes and water dispenser work really good, fills the ice tray in les than 24 hours. This is a great fridge with great updates and lots of space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! I am amazed by how much space the this Refrigerator has. In my opinion this Refrigerator is very well thought out. With the ice maker being in the door of the freezer instead of taking the place of one of the shelves as our previous Refrigerator. It has allowed to stock up on lots more Heat and Eat items that are ideal for our very busy lifestyle. I am also not sure how we ever survived before without the FamilyHub. From being able to leave each other messages,share pictures,music or just about anything else and also having the capability to view the inside of our Refrigerator while at the Grocery Store, this has been the most amazing addition to our life/lifestyle. This Refrigerator has made all of our other "Assistant's" obsolete. I recommend this Refrigerator to anyone that lives a busy life and also requires a good amount of storage space in their Refrigerator/Freezer. Anyone that has been able to see or use our Refrigerator has complemented its Style and Capability. We are currently in the process of remodeling our Kitchen and this has been a great choice to add as one of the new appliances. 5 Stars from us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with the new 2020 Samsung Side by Side fridge with Family Hub. The 21 inch screen is massive. It totally updates the kitchen in a major way. I love the all the options this fridge has. I was able to connect to WiFi and add to my SmartThings Hub. This was very easy and painless. Then was instructed to download the Family hub app on my smartphone. Here I am able to add food to my shopping list and add pictures to show on the huge 21 inch screen. I really love the technology built into the fridge. Now lets talk lets about the overall look and feel of the new fridge. This fridge looks downright beautiful and its able to hide smudges and fingerprints really well. Some fingerprints will still appear but you are able to wipe away with ease. I'm totally impressed with the depth of the fridge. I didn't expect to the fridge to be as large as it is. Compared to my previous fridge this fridge is able to hold twice the size of products. Im really happy with my purchase and I recommend this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received this refrigerator yesterday morning and all I can say is wow! 1st of all it is absolutely beautiful. Of course it now makes the rest of my kitchen look even more dated than it is. So I’m gonna need Samsung to do a campaign for a stove and a dishwasher pretty soon. Lol. I LOVE the fact that the ice maker is in the door. My old fridge had it in the freezer part itself which effectively took up almost half the space in the freezer. The Samsung design is so much better. I basically doubled my freezer capacity with the same size unit. I also like the fact that the ice and water dispenser is tall enough to get those big cups into easily without making a mess. Now to the Family Hub. I really thought that this might just be more of a novelty but it’s really not. The best way I can describe it is it’s like having a giant 21 inch Samsung Galaxy smartphone. You have several screens just like a phone and a lot of the same apps. The speaker actually sounds better than a lot of Bluetooth speakers that you buy. You can upload your photos to a folder and set them for backgrounds and screen savers. You can leave notes and or drawings for someone. The grocery list feature is extremely helpful. You can also stream videos on here and screen share what you are watching from your Samsung TV! Just in case you are wondering, the Family Hub works seamlessly with an iPhone so you don’t have to have a Samsung phone to enjoy all the features. I absolutely love this refrigerator. I do have two very minor things that I will mention. This particular model does not have any adjustable shelves. That’s not a huge deal but you can not stand a 2 liter soda bottle up on any of the shelves in the refrigerator. Fortunately there is a bin on the bottom of the door that will hold 4 very nicely. The other is also very minor but I would love a light that would activate in the ice and water dispenser when using it at night so you could see when the glass is full. As it is you have to turn the light on in the kitchen. That’s really it. I never thought that I would ever be this excited over a kitchen appliance. Thank’s Samsung. You are awesome!

This refrigerator is really good, the style is really nice, the size is perfect, it is very roomy inside. the applications load and run right away, the sound is good (just make sure you remove the plastic that covers the speaker) The freezer is super strong, it froze the meat in less than 1 hr.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator and within a week of having it the screen froze. I did some research and this seems to be a common problem. It was easily fixed by resetting it. There is a specific button to do this. I just hope it does not stay frozen one day. Other that than the fridge is what I expected. It’s pretty spacious and does what It is intended to do

Very disappointed in this fridge. For the money it costs do you think they would’ve put a little more effort into the engineering and design of this. Let’s start off with the first problem which is the water hook up line is too short so you will undoubtedly damage it if you forget it’s back there without adding an extension before hand. Next to the icemaker is pathetic. Makes ice very slowly and the reservoir is terribly small. There is no light to guide you when you are filling your water at night time. There is no butter drawer at the top of the fridge where are you put things such as butter or cream cheese or other small jarred items. And perhaps the most important and biggest disappointment is none of the shelves adjust so good luck with 2 L bottles or wine. What were they thinking?… For the money you spend there should’ve been a little more thought put into this. Will definitely not be buying Samsung in the future.
