This refrigerator is really good, the style is really nice, the size is perfect, it is very roomy inside. the applications load and run right away, the sound is good (just make sure you remove the plastic that covers the speaker) The freezer is super strong, it froze the meat in less than 1 hr.

In comparing the side-by-side model to our previous French door type, we found that the side-by-side was much easier to find items in the freezer area versus the French door chest like freezer. The icemaker was excellent and the water filter made the water taste great. The refrigerator and freezer were both spacious and keeps food at the perfect temperature. The appropriately named “Family Hub” did exactly that in the sense that family members were leaving notes for each other, shopping lists were being created, meals were being planned, and the calendar and to do lists were helpful for the entire family. It really became the command center for our household. While anyone can have a great refrigerator, what put this refrigerator into the next level and a big step above the competition was certainly the technology of the Family Hub. Only Samsung developers would come up with the idea to include a 21 inch beautiful LED screen that gives the customer the ability to include photos, messages, recordings, Pandora/Spotify/IHeart Radio, calendar, shopping lists, the ability to view inside your refrigerator while at the store, Ring capabilities, and so much more. Bixby is similar to Alexa and is very useful for voice commands. I love the morning brief and the ability to pull up the news by voice command as well. Once you download the Samsung Family Hub app onto your mobile device/phone, this gives you the ability to do many things with the apps while away from home such as leaving notes, checking contents of the refrigerator with the camera function, uploading photos, etc. I look forward to new apps in the future from the Samsung development team as more and more companies try to get there apps included in this amazing Family Hub. One thing on my wish list would be for the Ring app to automatically open and display who is walking up to the house rather than have to tap the screen to do this function. All in all, I don’t think I could ever go back to a normal refrigerator. Great job Samsung!

i really wanted to love this product! i am listing the things i would want to know before i purchased. the ice machine is slow! it makes 8 cubes of ice 3 times a day. the freezer door does not suction shut then the items in the freezer thaw just a small amount. no alarm sound for this. we've had to throw away a few gallons of milk, we kept it in the door area so we moved it & the problem stopped. dents super easily! the finger prints are ridicoulus! very annoying. i had the fridge all set up & then had to update the software. the picture for inside the fridge only shows items on the 2 shelves right in front of the camera. the water leaks a small amount we always have a stain on the shelf.

It has so many awesome features, I love being able to see inside my fridge from the store and making my grocery list and viewing that o the screen too. It was easy to navigate with lots of helpful set ups within the apps. Cleans super easy , lots of storage space for every need. Top of the line finish. The movable shelves work great for different sized products. The in door ice maker is so convenient. Very quiet and makes lots of ice., I love the crushed ice feature the most. We love this product and look forward to more products like this in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a refrigerator, it has a lot of space and works well. Our digital display "freezes" at least once a week requiring it to be re-booted. It would also be nice to have a light for the ice/water dispenser as the area is dark and cause us to sometimes miss the water bottle spilling water down the front of the freezer.

Large Capacity Side-by-Side Refrigerator with 21.5" Touch Screen Family Hub™ in Stainless Steel and WOW is all you can think when you look at it. But it's not just pretty, it is so functional too. I've always preferred a side by side refrigerator and had been constantly checking if Samsung would eventually put a hub on the side by side, as many of their other refrigerator styles have it too. Well they finally did it and it is exquisite. The refrigerator is sleek and very modern, with nothing but clean, straight lines. I was a little apprehensive when I didn't see any outer handles on either side but that has become one of my most favorite features. The hidden, indented "handle" really helps to keep smudges off of the refrigerator. It is fingerprint less but smudges do show up but are easily cleaned. The inside is clean and big for a side by side. At almost 27 cu. ft. this refrigerator is a lot bigger on the inside than you think. Where our other fridge could barely contain our food, when we switched to this one we actually had empty shelves on both sides. The glass shelves are an adequate size and the see through bins help find what you need easily. Tall items fit with ease on the shelves or the door as there is plenty of space there. Samsung really designed the door compartments with the consumer in mind. All of our Club Size items fit perfectly. The freezer is just as spacious, with a place for everything, two drawers, and door storage too. Having the icemaker on the door really does free a lot of inside shelf space. With water and ice (full and crushed) included with the refrigerator, it has easily become our favorite appliance. Cool down was very quick after installation so we were able to start enjoying it faster. Having the camera inside is genius, I honestly don't know how we did it before. I used to have doubles of thing in the fridge that would take up space or forget to get something from the grocery store because I thought we already had it. Now all I have to do is check the inside of the refrigerator, the inner camera let's me know without guessing! I've even added pantry items to the app and have all of it on my phone. I really am happy with this Samsung side by side refrigerator and so is my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new refrigerator, this thing is a beast has a ton of space, we also like the fact that you can put milk and juice gallons in the door instead of taking up shelf space. Dual cooling zone is great so nothing gets frosted like it used to in my previous fridge. My kids are entertained drawing and listening to music while my wife and I hang out in the kitchen. You have access to tons of recipes, write notes to family members, view the weather, the shoprite app comes in extra handy .The camera on the door let's you see what's inside without having to open the fridge. The ice maker is definitely going to get a lot of use during the summer.

My 8 year old loves the touch screen and has been having a lot of fun with it adding pictures and using apps. The fridge works great, and I really appreciate the spacing of the shelves that allows me to see all the way to the back of each shelf. Unfortunately the shelfs are not adjustable. This is my first side by side fridge and one without handles, this does take some getting used to. So far, I haven't had any issue at all with this fridge. I had some issues connecting the ice maker line, first time I approached this type of connections, but after a couple hours was able to get everything connected. Downloaded the family hub app and was able to quickly connect to the fridge, still playing with apps. Overall we are extremely satisfied with our new fridge.

2 faulty units ! Water dispenser and the speaker! ( Btw this is review continuing from another model) wouldn’t recommend in any situation! And I was using Samsung for 27 years . They lower the quality to the bottom.pics are take within 1 hour of installation. ( done by Samsung crew)

one important expected "basic" feature is the sound reminder/alarm on this product is useless! you can set the reminder on the screen but the alarm works on your own phone only!!!! what the heck?!?!? why would i need my phone to do the sound of the alarm if i have this "smart" screen?!?! i could set up the reminder/alarm on my phone and thats it!!!!!! why guys you gonna pay more than 20 hundreds of $$$ for a product with a huge tablet that has only 2g of storage!?!?!?! why you guys would pay this huge amount of money for a product that has "smart" tablet that doesn't let you to install whatever apps you want!?!?!?! i am returning it this week as well as the range that i purchased a few weeks ago!
