This is the only fridge I've ever had that gets dings so easily. If you sneeze, it gets a ding in it. I have never had, not one dent, in any fridge I've ever owned in my almost 50 years. Made so cheap. What a disappointment. Love the fridge, but when i build my new home this year, I will not be adding samsung appliances unless they use better stainless steel in the near future. I've seen so many complaints about this recently.

I am a big fan of smart devices and this refrigerator kinda completed my smart home idea. I wasnt expecting that the Family HUB would have so many options. Internet, shopping lists, music and what not. The sound quality is pretty awesome. I can actually have a party in my kitchen lol. Also i love the inside camera option. I can look at the things without having to open the fridge. my wife absolutely love this fridge as well. it's very easy to clean and maintain this as well. I am getting compliments from friends and family whenever anyone visits us. it makes our kitchen look so beautiful and advanced. I am recommending everyone these days to buy this. We have to by bags of ice and put them in the freezer in our garage so that we don't run out. Bottom of freezer door has a empty space like its missing a shelf, but it isn't missing anything. Looks kinda dumb. Other than these 2 things, we love our new refrigerator

I purchase this fridge after having our French Door refrigerator went out. I though I may be losing space with side by side doors but I was mistaken, this fridge is huge inside. The outside features are great too especially when cooking up a recipe. If only I could keep the neighbor kids hands off of it! The only drawbacks to this fridge is the shelving is not adjustable and I wish the ice make made more ice daily.

Pros Inside door shelves hold milk cartons Shelves are all very deep and roomy. All shelves and drawers are clear so everything is visible. Touch screen is awesome with many apps and the ability to connect to Ring Video, Pandora and various other apps like cooking apps and calendar. Notifications if you leave the door open to your phone Nice built in speakers Cons A little boxy aesthetically Water Dispenser is hard to push and control. You need two hands and this should have been a lever instead of a button.

I love that I can watch my cooking shows while I'm cooking and that I can utilize the Ring app to see who's at my door without leaving the kitchen. The ability to use the Smart Things app to see inside the fridge when I'm shopping is just awesome. The ice dispenser works nicely once my husband figured it out. My only wish is that the ice dispenser was larger. It seems very small for the amount of space that is available. My family loves the family hub. I can enter all our important events on the calendar, my kids can draw and I can leave messages for my family all within the Family Hub. Having the ability to make a shopping list on the fridge screen and have it mirror itself on the app on my phone is so very helpful. I love Samsung and their products and would recommend this fridge to anyone and everyone.
