We were truly shocked to have as much space as we have now with the Samsung. We do not regret it at all. I wish the shelves would be adjustable though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is very good. Installation was smooth and setup was super easy. LED lighting is just fantastic. Very good storage, both in refrigerator and freezer. Cooling is awesome. It goes around 360 degrees. Ice cubes come out in good shape. Family hub makes it easy to play music, explore recipes and lot other fun stuff. Door has good number of racks to keep the small stuff and easy to find them when needed. Overall the design is absolutely fantastic and comfortable to use in day to day life. I would highly recommend this fridge. Well last but not the least, my kids add all the items in the fridge to the lists with the expiration dates on the family hub and I see all the great food recommendations!! Kids also push the pictures of the food we make on to the gallery and it is an awesome place now with songs, display.

Lacks a little in the APP department, but has all we need. If only it had a light on the freezer door for the ice and water despiser.

My daughter bought this for me for Christmas because it was my dream fridge! The only problem I’m having is, I cannot get my fridge to connect to my SmartThings app on my phone. It just won’t work. I’ve cleared it out. I’ve reset it. I’ve tried it hundreds of times and it will not connect. It’s very very frustrating.

So great to be able to leave notes, hear music and see what’s in the fridge when doing shopping. Easy cleaning, love how sleek it looks and keeps everything fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received this refrigerator yesterday morning and all I can say is wow! 1st of all it is absolutely beautiful. Of course it now makes the rest of my kitchen look even more dated than it is. So I’m gonna need Samsung to do a campaign for a stove and a dishwasher pretty soon. Lol. I LOVE the fact that the ice maker is in the door. My old fridge had it in the freezer part itself which effectively took up almost half the space in the freezer. The Samsung design is so much better. I basically doubled my freezer capacity with the same size unit. I also like the fact that the ice and water dispenser is tall enough to get those big cups into easily without making a mess. Now to the Family Hub. I really thought that this might just be more of a novelty but it’s really not. The best way I can describe it is it’s like having a giant 21 inch Samsung Galaxy smartphone. You have several screens just like a phone and a lot of the same apps. The speaker actually sounds better than a lot of Bluetooth speakers that you buy. You can upload your photos to a folder and set them for backgrounds and screen savers. You can leave notes and or drawings for someone. The grocery list feature is extremely helpful. You can also stream videos on here and screen share what you are watching from your Samsung TV! Just in case you are wondering, the Family Hub works seamlessly with an iPhone so you don’t have to have a Samsung phone to enjoy all the features. I absolutely love this refrigerator. I do have two very minor things that I will mention. This particular model does not have any adjustable shelves. That’s not a huge deal but you can not stand a 2 liter soda bottle up on any of the shelves in the refrigerator. Fortunately there is a bin on the bottom of the door that will hold 4 very nicely. The other is also very minor but I would love a light that would activate in the ice and water dispenser when using it at night so you could see when the glass is full. As it is you have to turn the light on in the kitchen. That’s really it. I never thought that I would ever be this excited over a kitchen appliance. Thank’s Samsung. You are awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the stainless Steel Samsung side by side with the Family Hub. It’s overall a great Refrigerator but definitely not really fingerproof. It’s more like a finger print Magnet. Have to clean it consistently every day.

This is the only fridge I've ever had that gets dings so easily. If you sneeze, it gets a ding in it. I have never had, not one dent, in any fridge I've ever owned in my almost 50 years. Made so cheap. What a disappointment. Love the fridge, but when i build my new home this year, I will not be adding samsung appliances unless they use better stainless steel in the near future. I've seen so many complaints about this recently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far there is no issues what it comes to the fridge part. Now, the screen is android so... expect crashes and random reboot. I fund myself force rebooting the screen once a week. aside of that is an Android tablet..
