So, I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, not sure if it has made any difference with my memory or if it's been helping me focus more. Lol it most certaily didn't help me with my studying for my Advanced Pathophysiology exam... still did poorly😂. You get 30 capsules and need to take two a day so it will only last for two weeks, maybe a bigger bottle would be helpful idk. Glad it didn't have any odd smell and there was no aftertaste. Seems to be made with good quality ingredients too. Not sure if i'd purchase but it was good to see how it would work.

They help me focus with work and school, they also help me be more aware and in the present moment. The packaging is great and they have little taste (because they are pills). They are on the pricier side but they are totally worth every penny.

It comes in nice packaging and it luckily doesn't have an awful taste like most supplements do no harsh ingredients. And believe it or not I can already tell a difference about a month in. Definitely helps either focus but not in a jittery way, I didn’t get any of the memory support but perhaps you need to take it longer, but overall I would say this is a great daily vitamin with all the good ingredients and none of the bad ingredients.

My husband would not stop talking about this product and Joe Rogan. In fact i have not cared for joe rogan since fear factor. So you can imagine how i feel about his product..... Buuuut. I tried Alpha Brain after my husband had been taking for months. I noticed he was more focused on things. ie his honey do list etc. I snuck into his stash and wow. My husband was right. I gave these to my mother (64), she seemed like she could benefit from them. She's been taking them and says they do seem to help her. She doesn't feel as foggy and has some ease remembering things she needs to. In my opinion, even if it helps a little in one area, that's a win.
