I start taking one by one and while I did not notice my major changes I felt more focused. My mind was sharper as well.

I like that it doesn’t have caffeine so I can still take it in the afternoon. I also enjoy that it doesn’t really have a taste and its easy to ingest. The only thing I noticed was that my stomach was a little bit upset after taking it the first time, but it didn’t really happen again.

I do feel a significant difference in terms of flow state and I have been struggling to remember things less than I had previously. I’m not sure how effective this will be in the long run, but as of now I’m content with them. A plus is also that while big, the capsule size is not huge and there is no bad smell to them.
