Thought I was noticing a difference, but feel i am not. Might try the black label next and give that a try before giving up on it.

I take one pill after lunch and it helps keep my energy up so that I am able to study after I get home from work.

I don’t sleep well. So I take the product before working my 12 hour shift. I find myself clear mind and ready within 45mins from taking 2 pills.

Bought the Twin pack offer, Started with 2 pills the first day, nothing, tried 3 pills the next day, as I am also over 200 pounds which the bottle suggests, still nothing, One Saturday i tried 4 pills at once, again nothing. And by nothing, there was no effect on my "bouncing around the room" thoughts, no ability to focus better. I mean no tingling, no upset stomach, no racing heartbeat, no sweating, didn't make me dizzy. It was as if i really didn't take anything at all, except the gag reflex trying to swallow three horse pills at the same time, I listened for about 3+ years of the effects, and people complaining about how the earlier formula was better, and Praise from celebrities, and the extensive podcasts over this product, but to not feel anything ........ I really feel like a sucker for falling for the hype.

Some reviews are interesting if you’re going to try this product I suggest understanding that it isn’t for everyone. Some reviews said it mad them suck or that they don’t feel anything. I’d take that with a grain of salt and at least try it to see if your compatible with it because I was super hesitant to try it. I first started taking this the week of thanksgiving and the first week I could feel a better focus on what I was trying to do but not so much, so I went into my second week of 2 pills and it was like a switch turned on. I had zero problems waking up at 4 am for work, I didn’t have to take a nap midday before college and I was wired enough to stay focused on all my task. It really works if your compatible with the product. If you’re using this product for the first time, I suggest drinking a lot of water at first you start to feel hot flashes and cramps but once it stay in your system you’re good. After day thirty I decided I only needed on pill a day to stay topped of and I missed 2 days on accident and I felt equally as charged. I recommend this product 100%

Now a couple bottles deep and really finding the benefits. I think I expected a limitless pill because of how much I believe in people like Aubrey and Joe and possibly set my expectations too high, but I stuck it out and now I can definitely feel the difference in clarity on days I don't take it. I love it before work but I make sure I take it before recording my podcast (the VonDubCast) and that is where I really feel it when I forget! Other than meditation it has become the most important part of my pre-podcast ritual!

I know a lot of people think this is nothing more than a placebo, but I think one's neurological response is probably variable (perhaps for some people, it is in fact mostly a placebo). However, for me, I notice a perceptible increase in my ability to think and recall. The only reason I don't take it every day is the cost implications (and perhaps that also makes the effects more noticeable to me). The previous version of Alpha Brain also had profound effects on my dreaming (far more lucid), but I think the current version removed or reduced the ingredient responsible for that.

I gave it to my dad because at his age he has started forgetting alot and asking me the same questions multiple times a day. and i really feel like it's helped him a lot. he feels more confident and has shown signs of sharpness and better memory! I also bought one to try myself!

I typically use this if I haven't had any caffeine. Be sure to eat a snack before taking the recommended amount to avoid getting light headed or woozy. It kicks in relatively fast and works a little better than coffee with no signs of withdrawals when not taken some mornings. Opposed to the typical caffeine withdrawal headaches.
