I didn't experience any significant side effects. The results weren't immediate but it seemed to build up over time with consistent use.

The design and durability I would say is like any other supplement I wouldn’t really say there is a texture it’s just a capsule! The quality of the brand seem very nice though and I liked the packaging!!
