Easing into the cycle I didn’t notice a difference. After a week, I upped the dosage to the recommended two pills a day, that’s when I noticed a change. I hear the black label version has a little more punch to it, and caffeine. Although this isn't bad, not magic either, so keep that in mind. If you are already dog crap tired and think popping a couple of these will wake you up, well it wont. But if you are thinking about doing something during the day and are debating about sitting down to play some Nintendo or finish your drawing, or painting... Take two of these and finish the painting or art project, it will help give you a push of boost when your debating about being a slob instead for a couple hours!!

Focused and on your game. I can find the words for everything i want to say. At first you think you are “on a roll” with things and having a good day. Until you don’t take it and realize that Alpha Brain really does work. The bad part: it takes way to long to get delivered.

Total Hype! I can't believe Joe Rogan needs the money so bad that he would endorse this product. I bought 3 bottles. I'm into the second one now. 2 capsules a day in the morning. I was at the very least expecting a mild epiphany of clarity and recall, and even a slight increase in my ability to form and communicate ideas. Nada, zip, no bueno. Might as well be mantle dust.
