I am someone who can typically handle stimulant type supplements but I felt so nauseous and physically threw up after having this. I am sure it will be ok for some people since we are all different. My husband tried it too and he felt a little light headed from it but did feel some benefits and felt a little extra focused at work. I can’t bring myself to try it again.

I felt a good flow of focus and brain clarity when taking it but I wouldn't say it lasted long and can't really tell if it's effective for any long term solutions. I do like the convenience of it but one bottle only lasts 15 days consecutively. I guess great for days you need to be heads down studying or working. I didn't feel any bad aftertaste or mess with my gut so pretty good!

Not a ton of extra energy, but enough to be noticeable. I'm glad I got the chance to try them for a second time. I can see how it would be a great focus aid and probably would have loved this in college. Would also be great if you get that afternoon slump and need to be on point for a big meeting. It took about 2 weeks for me to notice my focus at work and memory rentention had improved. It isn't a significant improvement, but it's something. I'm thankful to not have experienced any side effects. For the price, I'm not sure if it's worth it. I also take Lion's Mane supplements and have found cheaper prices and has a pretty similar effect.

My eye has had a twitch for 4 days now and I'm still waiting for it to stop. I think it might have worked but all I can focus on is how frustrating it is for my right eye to keep twitching.
