It's only been a bit more than a week so my review could certainly change, but at this point I'm not seeing much of a difference if anything at all. My hope is that after this bottle and potentially another, I'll realize a difference. I'm putting some faith in Onnit isn't selling nonsense and look forward to seeing that faith realized.

I love this product and plan to continue using it! I often have trouble focusing on things and i get distracted easily. I used to take this when studying during college and now i take it for work. It usually takes me a while (maybe 30 minutes or so) to get into the groove of any work I am doing and if I take a break, it is harder for me to get back into the task. When I take alpha brain, I do not necessarily feel any difference, so you can't really look for how it changes how you feel, but what i do notice is I do not get distracted as easily and i am able to get back into my task quick and easy (within 5 mins) without struggling to focus. I have longer streaks of focus and it is so great. I really enjoy this product!

I have purchased alpha brain twice now. The first time I felt like it worked very well for me but the second bottle made me nauseous. Not at first but towards the end of the bottle. Also for some reason I was getting anxious and jittery. I don't know if I will purchase again. I did like the results early on.

I bought this product skeptical, and to my surprise it worked great. I used this for workouts and daily work. Found that I could fouces on my work out and zone in to achieve better results, especially well running. Well cooking I could cut faster and get more consistent cuts. Although, it made my nose drip alittle.

This supplement has transformed my life. I was always foggy and unable to maintain focus throughout the day, whether at work or on the weekends. Now, I’m able to operate at my highest potential and maintain focus for an incredible, and what I thought to be impossible, amount of time!

The supplement doesn't work as I thought it would, meaning I really can't see a difference in my cognitive prowess. Sort of a disappointment actually, plus, being a senior citizen on a fixed income and over 70 years old, I really can't afford something that claims to be "all that" and doesn't really come thru. Very sad that someone like JOE ROGAN, a multimillionair would lend himself to a product that is not what it's purported to be. So, bottom line, I just can't afford the product.

Honestly, taking Alpha Brain was a game-changer for me. It's like it just clicked and suddenly, I was in this smooth rhythm, totally focused and clear-headed. It's not just hype; I genuinely felt a boost in my productivity and creativity. It's like my brain got the kickstart it needed!

To be quite honest this doesn’t do much for me. Was fairly disappointed considering the price and all the hype around the product. Maybe it works for people really well. I would guess it does because it’s so popular but it just didn’t do anything for me.

It's ok if you don't mind the bad stomach pain. Everyday I had the worst stomach pain and bloating . I thought I needed to see my Dr to find out what was going on then looked up actual real reviews n saw I wasn't the only person with these side effects.

Loved Alpha BRAIN from the start. Always makes a huge difference to my brain function and well-being. I just wish I could get it in Australia! The US dollar and shipping together makes it difficult to buy often. But overall, I couldn't fault it. Thank yooouuu!
