I've noticed I don't have sweet cravings like I used to and I'm sleeping better. I've also noticed that I want to be more active. I haven't noticed a burst of energy like the infomercial, but I am happy with what I've received. I also didn't see one ingredient on the bottle that's on the infomercial and that's the Rhodiola. I know there are many people who say this is snake oil, which for them it may be, but this doesn't start working right away. For me, a 50 year old guy, I didn't try see any true noticeable improvements for about 3 months of consistency taking these. I know it's a sizable investment, but if they do work for you, they're well worth it. Now, I still struggle with recalling works and what I went into the next room to get, but it's not near as bad as it used to be. I'm hoping with a little more time, things will get even better. I recommend trying these for at least a few months before you give up on them and label them as snake oil. Consistently take them as directed, and time will tell if they work for you.

Easy to swallow. I've been taking for 1.5 months and feel definitely creative and inventive. My mind is open and free to dream big for my life. I am opening up a business and starting a journey that I don't know I would of even tried before I started taking Alpha Brain.
